I've stayed at other places in this building before. This time, the guesthouse's advantage is its low floor (4th floor). Since elevators in Hong Kong buildings are generally old and slow, a lower floor is definitely a plus. This is a fully self-check-in property, and the process was smooth with clear instructions. The room size and facilities were standard, and it came with hangers. Besides shampoo and shower gel, there was also hand soap, which was a nice touch. Overall, good value for money.

The room and bathroom were small, but very clean and well-equipped, even with disposable slippers. There were plenty of power outlets, so those coming from mainland China won't need an adapter. The Jordan MTR station is right downstairs, making transportation very convenient, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff and owner were very friendly and let us store our luggage for free. For around 300 Hong Kong dollars, this hotel is excellent value in Hong Kong.

I randomly picked this place because of its high ratings, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! I've stayed in other establishments in the same building before and always thought they were pretty much the same, so I didn't expect much. But this one was actually quite good. Although the space is small, it has everything you need, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, and bottled water – things that many guesthouses and even some hotels in Hong Kong don't always provide anymore, but this place does. The main thing is that it's clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, check-out is at 12 PM (many places now require check-out by 11 AM). For this price and location, it offers excellent value for money.

The location is excellent, right next to Jordan MTR Exit B. I have to give it a super high rating! The landlady and another lady were both very kind and patiently helped me with my questions. Even though I accidentally checked out late today and disrupted the cleaning schedule, the landlady was very patient with my friend and me. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was just right, and there was plenty of hot water. Both the room's hygiene and environment were good, no dirt or mess at all. After staying in so many guesthouses, I still prefer this one. The comfortable environment gave me many fond memories of Hong Kong. I'll definitely come back to Hong Kong if I get the chance!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly clean with new facilities. The twin room was quite spacious, featuring two windows and nicely tiled walls, which made it look clean and attractive. The air conditioning was powerful and efficient. They provided disposable slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle, along with two bottles of water. The shower had excellent hot water pressure, and there were various power outlets to accommodate different plugs, so you don't even need an adapter. The Jordan MTR station (exits B1 and B2) is right downstairs, making transportation extremely convenient. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong. I only took photos when I was leaving, so things were a bit messy.

Of course, in the morning I did hear a faint patter of rain outside, but at night, because the bed was so comfortable, I didn't hear a thing. The owner added me on WeChat before my check-in and gave me detailed instructions. Many great spots worth visiting are just a few steps away. Transportation is also super convenient, with Jordan Station just across the street, literally a few meters away! I almost don't want to recommend this hidden gem to anyone else!

The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the neighboring rooms weren't noisy at all. Truly a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!
