The room isn't big, but it's clean and tidy. The location is excellent too; right downstairs, you have the MTR station and Victoria Harbour, making it super convenient for getting around. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

The guesthouse is located in Tsim Sha Tsui Mansion (type this for your Uber drop off). Easiest way to find the correct lift is to enter the walkway next to the famous Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Panfried Buns (see photo). Yes, there's lift. It's on 4th floor. I would say it is very easy to get to the guesthoue. Before you arrive, you need to Whatsapp the staff (phone number is on this website) to ask for the doors' password. Our room is one of the rooms inside an 'apartment'. The bathroom/toilet is in our room (detergent, toilet paper, slippers, toothbrush, paste, 4 towels all provided). We only stayed one night. No noise pollution at all. Aircon, hot water and water pressure were good. After shower, the floor dries quickly. We are just looking for a place to stay (sleep) for one night before flying, so this guesthoue is acceptable. There's TV, table, 2 stools, power sockets, Xiaomi kettle in the room. There're 2 lifts that can lead to this guesthouse. You can open one big luggage at a time. Limited space to walk around in the room, but we are happy enough that the condition of the room is acceptable (clean, not shabby, not dangerous, not too crampy). Photos provided on this site are accurate. If you are just looking for a safe and affordable space to 'sleep' for a night, then this is the place. Downstairs has lots of famous eateries and you can easily walk to the Victoria Habour. It's near to K11 Art Centre, Chunking mansion, iSquare Mall. If you desperately want to do laundry, there's one dobi shop downstair in front of the lift (self pay).

The room was small but clean and quiet. I did notice a small leak coming from the wall, which I think was coming from the bathroom in the other room. I didn't mention it to the landlord because the leak wasn't that big and I didn't have much time to deal with it. For reference, we had three pieces of luggage (small, medium, and large), and we were still able to manage. They also provided basic toiletries, but we preferred to use our own. The location was excellent. The bus stop for the airport and the MTR station were just downstairs, making it very convenient to get around. The landlord was also very kind. Michael messaged us on WhatsApp the night before our flight to Hong Kong and gave us clear directions to the guesthouse. We were even allowed to check in earlier than the usual check-in time without having to adjust our check-out time. Overall, I wouldn't say it was the best place I've stayed, but it was good enough for solo travelers or couples who don't want to splurge on accommodation, just like us. We really enjoyed exploring the area, shopping, and strolling along the Avenue of Stars again to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Clean and near in the city proper

This is the worst accomodation l have ever booked in any county l've travelled in. Don't stay here. It's bad.

A typical hongkong style studio room. A standard studio room for you to rest and shower after a day shopping in Hong Kong. The mansion is near the bus stop A21 to HKIA. Only $34.20 bus fare for single trip to airport

Best position you can find around area,with all Metro stations at 3 Min walk,all the shops and restaurants you Need.Room was clean and everything functionable. Hong King Is Gorgeous❤️

Had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely worth the stay. Would happily come back again!

We reach 12am text & call owners but no body answer, the place difficult to find, too small rooms for 4 people

It's a small room, perfect for solo travelers on a budget. It's tiny, but has everything you need.

Seriously, don't book this place. Check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but they said the faucet was broken and delayed it until 5 PM. A little while later, they messaged me telling me to find another hotel. I had already waited for so long, and suddenly I couldn't stay? Where was I supposed to find a hotel on such short notice? After pleading with them for ages, I finally got into the room at 9 PM. And oh my god, the room itself was disgusting. The bed was covered in hair and white flakes, the room smelled terrible, and the air conditioner was broken and leaking. When I tried to tell the host, they didn't reply at all. The room and facilities were all good. Location: Conveniently located right at the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit, making it easy to get around.

Very good location, close to every services, transport, restaurants etc. The room is quite small but we knew in advance, it is good price for value.
