While the location is good, the room was very dirty and dusty. The morning staff had a very poor service attitude. The evening staff, however, were much better.

Room is very small and old with smell, must prepare towels with you, they only provide deposel tower. Expensive not worth money. Only good thing is location

The moment I checked in, I immediately check out because this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Bed sheet is dirty, the smell of the room is bad, the table is oily and has hair??? the toilet light has spoilt, and the aircond was leaking water as well. The hotel was so dusty, which I’m not sure whether they clean the room lol. Everybody, please do not book this hotel. You will regret forever. Trip.com - please check your standard and make sure to delist this hotel from the platform.

The location is very good and the room size was good compared with what there is in Hong Kong. Was a bit expensive and it needs improving in cleaning because it was a lot of dust in the room

Guys I think this hotel is the worst I ever been. Per 120$ this kind of hotels shouldn’t even exist. The worst experience!!! Please run away from this place. P.s. stuff please at least keep it clean.

Beware of the mold and unhygienic conditions I had to check out early as I was concerned for my health

Great location close to Nathan Road, spacious and clean room. Easy to find. Disposable towels were a major drawback.

The price is cheap compared to the area, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. 🚿 Things to Note • Only disposable towels are provided • Just one small bottle of body wash (which is tucked away in the wardrobe — not easy to find!) Overall, it’s a budget-friendly, clean, and well-located hotel — perfect if you want convenience at a low cost.

At TANKITYOU Hotel, we were given a filthy, unkempt room; not even the bathroom trash had been emptied. The rooms were filthy, unbearable for a human being. Even the streets of Hong Kong are cleaner than this hotel. The room's walls were stained and moldy. The sink was broken. The room smelled of urine and mold, and it was incredibly foul. It bore no resemblance to the photos they posted on the Trip app. We paid for a four-day room in advance, but we barely made it through one night and checked out. The Trip app didn't help us, didn't address our grievances, and we were deceived.

Great location, clean, and friendly service. They even lent me an adapter! The only downside was the poor soundproofing.

We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, but my friend's room wasn't ready, and checking in took us 30 minutes. Also, when we checked out in the morning, we needed to pay, but there was no one at the front desk. After calling, we had to wait another 30 minutes.
