The room, though small, is fully equipped. It's clean and hygienic. The new split-unit air conditioner works wonderfully, providing super refreshing coolness. The Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station (Exit N5) is conveniently located just around the corner downstairs. There are also 7-Eleven convenience stores and supermarkets downstairs, so you can easily buy late-night snacks, meals, and bread. The landlady also provides excellent service.

The location is super easy to find, right next to the Tsim Sha Tsui D1 exit on the left. The outside smells a bit of Indian spices, which isn't great, but inside it's very clean and decent. The landlady is really nice and welcoming, always happy to answer any questions. For around 300 HKD, I expected something much worse, but it was surprisingly clean. The soundproofing isn't the best, but honestly, for this price in Hong Kong, it's a steal. I definitely recommend staying here. It's also close to the Avenue of Stars, and you can easily catch the Star Ferry from here.

Before heading to Hong Kong, I was looking for hotels on Ctrip and Tongcheng, and found them all to be quite expensive, with many negative reviews even for the pricey ones. After a long search that left me with a headache, the price and rating of this guesthouse caught my eye. So I decided to book it. My first stop after arriving in Hong Kong was finding the hotel. Gaode Maps wasn't very accurate, so I called the owner using the online number from Ctrip, and he guided me precisely to the building. Although it's close to the infamous Chungking Mansions, we just avoided that area, so it wasn't an issue. Plus, the location is surprisingly good; I checked Gaode and Victoria Harbour was only a few hundred meters away, a ten-minute walk – what a pleasant surprise! Getting around by subway from here is super convenient, the station is right downstairs. It takes less than an hour to get to Disneyland, and transfers are seamless with very little walking required. The guesthouse's facilities are basic, but it's genuinely clean. Considering the price, it was really worth it. My daughter and I each had a luxurious 1.2-meter bed to ourselves. Travel is all about suiting your budget, and given this location, excellent public transport, shopping malls, and convenience stores, I personally think it's quite a good deal.

In a city like Hong Kong where space is at a premium, this guesthouse is exceptionally clean. Highly recommended! The owner is also incredibly welcoming and friendly. I'm very satisfied and guarantee you won't regret staying here.

The owner was really friendly. Although the room was small, it was very clean and had its own private bathroom. But please don't be offended by what I'm about to say: the shower's design is seriously flawed. After the water heats up, no matter what, when you turn on the showerhead, it's always scalding hot water, even if you set the lever to the coldest setting. Even if you run the cold water and then turn off the shower, the next time you turn it on, it's still burning hot. I wasn't paying attention when I used it and nearly scalded myself. This really deserves a negative review.

Finding a reasonably priced, conveniently located, and clean hotel in a tiny city like Hong Kong isn't easy. This hotel is super close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, making getting around incredibly convenient, and there are tons of great food options nearby. Plus, popular attractions like Victoria Harbour's night view and the Avenue of Stars are all just a stone's throw away.

The owner is incredibly kind, warm, patient, and responsible. The room is super close to Victoria Harbour, just a 10-minute walk away, and the night view of the harbour is stunning. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, along with a MTR station, making shopping and transportation very convenient. Although the room is small compared to what you'd find on the mainland, for Hong Kong where every inch is precious, I'm extremely satisfied with this location and price.
