Shama Island North Hong Kong

This hotel is engaging in serious, deceptive practices. I booked a "Superior Double Room" based on the premium, modern photos advertised. Instead, they fraudulently assigned me a disabled/accessible wet room complete with grab rails, a plastic curtain, and a tiny modified sink—all without my consent. While accessible rooms are vital for travelers who need them, using them to quietly bait-and-switch unsuspecting guests is unacceptable. Even as a Diamond loyalty member, I was given zero transparency. Do not trust their listings; what you pay for is not what you get.

The room was on the smaller side . There is a small gym . Location is great for north point .

It’s best according to money wise & convenience except one thing it is too easy knowing others what they are doing in next room!

pros: few minutes away from the metro, convenience stores nearby and close to the coast. Cons: discrete corners not cleaned well, bugs found on bed and compensation refused.
