The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The service quality is high, with professional staff from the front desk to concierge and room service who respond quickly and efficiently to guest needs. Although the breakfast spread is a bit small, the variety is decent, and the quality is guaranteed. The only drawback is that because the hotel has been around for a while, the air conditioning system isn't great. It's noisy, and when turned off, there's a distinct smell of cooking fumes wafting into the room. This was the case in room 5223; I'm not sure about other rooms. Overall, everything else was great except for this issue.

This hotel is located near Pacific Place in Central, which is essentially the heart of Hong Kong. It's perfect for shoppers; you can indulge in retail therapy to your heart's content and then just head straight back to the hotel to relax, no need for the MTR. The rooms are also very spacious; even the standard rooms are 40 square meters, which is a rare find in the Central area.

The hotel is right above Pacific Place, which is convenient for shopping and dining. More importantly, it's close to where I needed to be for my errands. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and the breakfast selection is very limited – practically a 'white people breakfast'.

A lovely team decorated the room for our wedding anniversary. Perfect stay, well done!

The view from the harbour view room was indeed stunning. Room was fairly large and comfortable for a family of 3.  The pool and gym were good. I did not like the location at all. It’s about a 15 min walk from the MTR through two shopping malls. The hotel is on top of a luxury mall and the entrance is hard to find. Basically they assume you arrive by car. The mall is great if you’re looking to buy Prada or Gucci but other than that there is nothing practical like cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.  The hotel is also 50% more expensive than most comparable hotels in the area.

We have a very nice stay at the Conrad Hongkong from the check in process until we checked out. We are very surprised that they have halal options for breakfast and it’s taste very delicious, they also gave us a box of breakfast the last day we checked out early at 4:30 am. Because actually they serve breakfast from 7:30-10:30 am. We are very happy during stay at the Conrad Hongkong hotel.

Great hotel, the decoration is just classy, tho a bit aged. The food is comparable to peers but can be better. Love the minibar selections. Service can be better and more up to date.

I used to work at PP, and staying at the Conrad was standard. It's been a long time since I've been back. The facilities at the Conrad have really deteriorated. On the first day, the bathroom drain was clogged – ridiculous, just like the swimming pool. A complete fail, unusable. Then I asked for the sheets to be changed, and they weren't – also ridiculous. However, the restaurants, from the breakfast in the dining room to the Cantonese cuisine, were just as excellent as before. The front desk staff were outstanding and efficient, just as they always have been.

The Conrad Hong Kong is conveniently located at Pacific Place. To get there, take the Airport Express to Central, then one MTR stop to Admiralty Station. From there, head upstairs, and you'll find a passage next to Dior. Take the elevator up to the hotel lobby. The guest rooms are spacious, clean, hygienic, and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive.

The hotel is quite old. The worst part was the air conditioning noise in the room – it was so loud I couldn't rest. The noise was truly excessive. I couldn't sleep with the AC off, and it was too noisy to sleep with it on. The bedding was also damp and uncomfortable, leading to a very poor night's sleep.

Its my second time to stay in this property but my stay is always extraordinary. Place is convenient and close to the MTR. Will surely stay here again.

The room was very new and clean. Since we checked in on a weekday, the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was plentiful and the service was excellent. The hotel is located right above Pacific Place and Admiralty MTR station, which is a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious, and by choosing a higher floor, the view was also excellent with sufficient privacy. Downstairs, the restaurant was lively with live music, but upstairs it was very quiet, making for a comfortable stay that even the kids enjoyed. This hotel is conveniently located at Admiralty Station, just one stop from Tsim Sha Tsui and Central, and also one stop from Ocean Park, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel service was also great. The front desk staff were fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, so communication was seamless. The concierge team, in particular, had an exceptional service attitude, always smiling and enthusiastic.
