Royal Plaza Hotel

The room was quite clean and super convenient, with a mall and subway access. The best part was the large bed, perfect for families traveling with older children.

We booked a family room, and for Hong Kong, the room was really spacious. The two queen-sized beds were large and comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is located inside a mall. It's just a short walk from the MTR exit – turn right, and you'll find the hotel's back entrance. Step out the front entrance, and the bus stop is not far away. Dining, shopping, and a supermarket are all conveniently located in one spot. The Man Wah Restaurant next door had good food that our child enjoyed. Unfortunately, it rained for several days, so we didn't get to experience the outdoor swimming pool.

This is our second time booking the Royal Plaza Hotel, and for a three-night stay in two rooms, I absolutely have to give this hotel a glowing review! When a small issue popped up unexpectedly, the staff handled it proactively and efficiently, not only calming us down but also resolving everything perfectly. (Both rooms even received complimentary fruit.) The facilities are great, but the soft skills in service are an even bigger plus. We felt so safe and comfortable during our stay, I highly recommend it. We'll be booking the Royal Plaza again next month. (A few days later, I stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-La, and for a 2000+ room rate, the service and hygiene were absolutely terrible.)

The hotel's location is great, right above a subway station. However, the facilities inside are a bit dated, and the hygiene situation isn't ideal. I suspect the bedding has a lot of dust mites, as I got many itchy red bites all over my body.

Stayed for two nights and was very satisfied. The location is excellent, and the room is spacious. Will definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my kids. It's really great! Hahahahahahahahahaha. Also, transportation is very convenient.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! Although I didn't get to use the pool, I was upgraded to a suite, so I didn't experience the typical 'small Hong Kong room' feeling at this Mong Kok location. It was also incredibly clean and comfortable, with no strange smells whatsoever. The bathtub was absolutely heavenly.
