Royal plaza hotel is family friendly.. large room superb location Next to mtr Near to many good food and shopping

Location and convenience, two main reasons why I booked this hotel. Located just above the Mongkok East Station, near to Prince Edward road - flower market and connecting to Moko mall. We booked the Family room with two queen beds and bath tub, really nice bed, refurbished rooms and spacious. Overall loved this hotel - will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Great service from the check-in staff to the concierge to the bellboys. Always ready to help with a smile! Thank you. Good location if you’re using the light blue MTR line to travel, and it has a cha chaang teng right outside the hotel (in the mall). Many eating options all around. The room is spacious and has an open view. Can’t ask for a better space in Hong Kong to unwind.

One of the best location hotels I have stayed in HK. Walking distances to major train lines, super easy access to MOKO Mall, Mong Kok East shopping and great eateries. The room is spacious, staff friendly and all daily essentials for comfortable hotel stay are included. It will be great if the toilet bowl included a bidet but it's just something great to have. Will certainly opt to stay here again in my next visit to HK with family or friends!

The hotel is nice and very convenient. The staff is friendly and check in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and very comfortable . I would definitely come back to stay in this hotel when I’m back in Hongkong

Absolutely great staying experience! Particularly the bed is superb comfortable, and shower water is quite big! And the most important thing is the location which is only few minutes from the railway station, very convenient for travelling

I am a loyal Royal Plaza Hkg guest and i have stayed more than 10 times over the years. Love the spacious room, perfect for our family of 4. This trip , our family went to Shenzhen first before Hong Kong and was disappointed to find out that Royal Plaza Hkg cannot match the comfort level of a 4* hotel we stayed in Shenzhen for 2/3 of the price. 1. The bathroom is dated and shower water pressure is super low. Oh, and the hair dryer …. i think it is product of the 80s. (My last hotel provides dyson) 2. the free shuttle service to tsim sar zui no longer available. 3. bed and pillows were comfortable, just the warm room (though i have adjusted to the lowest temperature possible) marred the experience of a good night sleep (for me). It was fine during the day, it warmer n stuffier during the wee hours. Like it or not, definitely a change of temperature before and after sleep.

Had a pleasant stay with children and elders in the group. Location is convenient, room is clean and well equipped. Plus point: The kids love the bath tub!

Stayed with family during recent Stanchart HK marathon. Short walk to Prince Edward MTR station to get to race venue at Tsim Sha Shui. We have comfortable stay in this clean and quiet hotel. Moko shopping mall within the building offers variety of eateries and shopping options. Mong Kok East MTR just within the complex allows travel convenience. Shoutout to the housekeeper (forgot to ask her name) for her courtesy and friendly chat.

Very nice location. The service was very good. The queen size roon is nice with high quality facilities. Perfect experience!

Love this hotel! I have stayed here a couple times and enjoyed all of my stays! The rooms are spacious and comfortable for HK standards, near Mong Kok east MTR station and the surrounding Mong kok area which is a very central and convenient location. My family enjoyed staying here so much, and if we return to Hong Kong again, we will definitely choose this hotel again!
