Don't come to Krabi! My friend and I came here for an SVT concert and chose this place, paying over 800 a night, fearing hygiene issues. Turns out, the hygiene was terrible! First, they said they change sheets every three days for environmental reasons, but you could request it more often. Since I only slept a few hours each night for those three days, I thought it was fine and didn't insist on a change. But then my back started itching, and I thought it was an eczema flare-up from the heat. I got bites on my arm and figured it was just mosquitoes due to the Hong Kong heat, wondering why only I was getting bitten and not my friend. When I got home, those bites got bigger and looked really off. My friend said the bed must have been the problem. That afternoon, I went to the hospital, and the doctor said it was allergic hives caused by poor hygiene... These bumps might leave scars. I asked my friend again, and she said her back was itchy too. Trip.com offered me some compensation, but the hotel wouldn't admit fault. Trip.com also said they were being uncooperative. I even found similar complaints in their old reviews! Now I have to take medication for over half a month, I'm at my wit's end.

It was just an average stay. The breakfast was barely enough to fill you up, with almost no variety. On the first day, there was yogurt, but on the second day, it was gone and not refilled. They really didn't put much effort into it.

Staying at such a great hotel in Hong Kong was truly the most comforting and heartwarming part of this trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations. After looking at many options, I finally settled on this one. It's a proper hotel, and I was very satisfied with the environment and hygiene. The front desk staff proactively helped me connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi during check-in, and they provided a can of mineral water every day. The toiletries were also very complete. Most importantly, it's very close to Mong Kok MTR station, and there are many places to shop and eat nearby – it's incredibly convenient! Yoshinoya and SoHo Tea Room downstairs are both excellent. Definitely a five-star review!

The hotel room was small, and with an extra bed, it became even more cramped, but it was still perfectly functional. The facilities were complete, and the room service kept it very clean! The surrounding area has a great variety of restaurants, it's lively, and the MTR is conveniently close.

After searching online for ages, I finally settled on this hotel, and it completely exceeded my expectations! Check-in was super quick, the room was bright and clean, and the bathroom, in particular, was spotless. The soundproofing was great, and the mattress was really comfortable. The self-service drinks, breakfast fruits, dishes, and main courses were all quite extensive, and the ambiance was elegant. Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying!

I stayed at Stanford Hotel for 2 nights and honestly, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The reception team was excellent from the start. During check-in, they kindly upgraded my Urban room to a newer, bigger room with 2 single beds, which was such a nice surprise. Breakfast was really good, and I loved that the menu changes every day, so it never felt repetitive. The room itself was very comfortable for two travelers. We had two large suitcases, and everything fit perfectly with room to move around. The room is definitely big by Hong Kong standards, which is a huge plus. The location is amazing. Just one street away is Sneaker Street, and it’s only a short walk to Ladies Market. Right downstairs, there’s a 7/11 and plenty of restaurants. Food shops and shopping areas are literally everywhere around the hotel. Transportation is also super convenient: - MTR station is about 8–10 minutes away (depending on your walking speed) - A21 airport bus stop is also around 8–10 minutes away I will surely book this hotel again, and every time I visit Hong Kong, Stanford Hotel will be my first choice. Highly recommended! this stay truly went beyond expectations!

The room was tidy and clean, the price was reasonable as well.

First time here, and quite a pleasant surprise! For Hong Kong, the room was a good size and felt pretty new. The beds were comfy, although the twin beds were a bit narrow. The location is absolutely prime, surrounded by food options. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Mong Kok East MTR station, all on flat ground, so it's not tiring even with luggage. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Really nice beds and had a great view. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants.

The hotel's location is quite good, offering nice views and a beautiful environment. The service is also very attentive. Every time I visit this area, this hotel is my first choice, and I always book in advance.

Great value for money, and the facilities are all in place. The bathroom was very clean. The location is quiet yet convenient, about a 7-10 minute walk from both Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei MTR stations. For a solo traveler, the room was quite spacious, and the staff were very helpful in answering all my questions about my stay.

The room was decent, and the cleanliness was excellent (10/10), but the facilities were quite old, for example, the elevator was rather slow.

Fantastic hotel. Walking distance from the buzzing area of Mong Kok and close to MTR station. The room was nice, the staff were very helpful and polite and the breakfast options were great.

This hotel is an ideal place to stay in hongkong. Lots of restaurant around the area, shopping malls and food stalls. Breakfast is good and staff are nice. We will deifinitely stay here again next time.
