Convenient location with shuttle service from West Kowloon to the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it a top choice for a visit to Hong Kong.

The hotel's location is great, with a mall right downstairs. It's super convenient to get to the subway and bus stations. The rooms are very new, and they offer a complimentary first round of the mini-bar and two butterfly cookies upon check-in, which tasted quite good. The room size is also pretty spacious, and thankfully, there were no bed bugs. Hope they can keep it up!

The butterfly pastries downstairs are a great souvenir, and hotel guests get a 15% discount. I suggest adding small paper bags that fit a single box. The shuttle service is also very helpful; it's convenient for getting to either West Kowloon or the airport. For the Liantang Port, you can take a cross-border bus to Tseung Kwan O, but you'll need to transfer to another vehicle from there. The cross-border bus for Shenzhen Bay Port goes directly.

The room was quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and the service was excellent. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, they even gave us a box of mooncakes, which tasted just as good as those from Maxim's. The hotel had Mid-Autumn activities, and my kids participated in many mini-games, collecting lots of small gifts. They had a very happy and memorable time. The cleanliness was top-notch, and housekeeping was very prompt. The room had disposable toothbrushes, slippers, and a very good hairdryer. Downstairs, there's the PopCorn mall and Tseung Kwan O MTR station, making shopping and getting around very convenient.

The room was very spacious, which is great value for money in Hong Kong. The hotel's breakfast was also plentiful, and the location was very convenient for getting around. They even gave us complimentary butter cookies from downstairs, which tasted excellent. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room is spacious with a great view, clean, and odor-free. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The service is also excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located near Exit C of Tseung Kwan O MTR station (towards PopCorn mall). A taxi from K11 MUSEA costs around HKD 150, which I'd recommend for families with kids as you might not get a seat on the MTR. There's a Kitz playground at Tseung Kwan O Central, which my child enjoyed. I heard the hotel has a small playground too, but we didn't visit it this time. The sunset panoramic room was very spacious and incredibly comfortable – excellent value for money! The breakfast selection was also good, with everything tasting delicious. The pizza in the morning was particularly tasty, and the cakes and bread were great too. My little one happily ate two donuts. The room even came with two complimentary palmiers, which were delicious. I ended up buying a box of four different flavors to take home – absolutely delightful! I'll likely stay here again next time. You wouldn't find such a large room for the same price in Sheung Wan, Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, or Tsim Sha Tsui East. Plus, there are many food options downstairs, and the seaside is just a short walk away. The surrounding area consists of high-end residential buildings and HKUST. As an HKUST alumnus, I'm very satisfied!
