The hotel room is huge, AC is cold, no noises at night. The downside is that it’s a little far from TST and MTR (around 7-10 mins walk) but you can use shortcut through the park to TST. The staffs are very nice, they do room cleaning and give you new towels every day (we travel in 3 people and end up having 8 towels on check out day). The concierge is very helpful, we forget the luggage scale and we can borrow from them as well.
Though the hotel is a bit too old and dated, you can see some tiny mold at the corner of bathroom, the carpet has lots of dust which isn’t good for people with allergies, and the elevators are too slow even though they have 2 sides of them but you’d wait forever during peak time.
Overall 8/10 for me.

Overall not worth its 4-star rating as many things didn’t match the pictures or descriptions. The first room we got on the 7th floor was spacious but smelled of cigarettes. After asking to change the new room on the 8th floor was smaller even though it was the same room type and price.
Some listed amenities like the hair dryer were missing, the bathroom had mold stains, and there was dust around the headboard.
Housekeeping cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and polite, but the hotel itself feels old and doesn’t live up to its price or reputation.

Very comfortable and more spacious compared to many other HK hotels. There is a filter water pipe in the toilet which can refill water.

Regal Kowloon is definetly a must choice. Our room offers a fantastic view of the harbour. It has a very spacious toilet and bath complete with the toiletries plus the complimentary water.
All in all it's kind of like a beautiful intro to Hong Kong.

We booked an executive club room. Though it costs a bit more, its totally worth it. As the room comes with breakfast, access to exec lounge and free transport from hotel to airport.

I’ll recommend this hotel super hospitable, i will booked again this hotel once we comeback in HK, I have nothing to say but VERYGOOD 10/10👏❤️
