It's rare to find a reasonably sized hotel in a prime location like Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The rooms here are quite spacious for such a high-value area; you can fully open your luggage without feeling cramped. The service is also very considerate, with a quick-responding front desk and friendly staff who proactively help with requests. The location is unbeatable – shopping, dining, and the MTR station are all within walking distance. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for shopping trips or business travel. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

4 pax but only 2 towels and amenities are for 2 pax only. The booking is for 4 pax and we paid for the price of 4 pax. Hope this will not be the case next time we come. Location is fair. On the edge of causeway bay and room size is decent

Facilities: To be fair, it's definitely showing its age and needs a renovation. Cleanliness: It was relatively clean, but couldn't hide the overall signs of wear and tear. Service: The service was excellent, very warm and attentive! The main thing is that the location is fantastic; it's very convenient for shopping and dining.

The hotel is super conveniently located, just a three to five-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station, and there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the hotel is a bit dated, especially the carpet in the room, which felt a little unclean.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. A lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room we were provided was bigger than what was actually booked, which of course was pleasant.

The staff at the coffee bar in the hotel lobby were extremely rude. Everyone, definitely avoid this place. The hotel facilities overall are good, but it's an older hotel so don't expect too much.

Stayed for two days, but they only provided tea and coffee for one day. I couldn't be bothered to complain to the staff, but it felt like they were pocketing the rest themselves. Can't believe there are still such low-quality service staff in Hong Kong. This should warrant a refund, shouldn't it? The hotel's location is decent though.

The Regal Hotel was the biggest surprise of our Greater Bay Area trip, exceeding all expectations! While an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and the bedding and mattress were incredibly comfortable and soft. The absolute best part is its superb location in Causeway Bay, offering excellent transport links. We arrived from Zhuhai via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the A11 bus takes you directly to the hotel. For our return to mainland China, there's a CTS (China Travel Service) bus ticket office right next to the hotel entrance. You can buy tickets a day in advance for easy access to Shenzhen Port, Shenzhen Airport, and various cities in Guangdong. During our stay in Hong Kong, we walked to Sogo, Hysan Place, and Times Square, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. To get to Wan Chai Pier for the Star Ferry, you can catch a 'ding ding' tram right outside the hotel, and the MTR station is also very close, making getting around incredibly convenient. Finally, a special thanks to the hotel for providing a birthday cake 🎂 and red wine for my friend, which made for a wonderful birthday celebration in Hong Kong.

The room hygiene was really bad. There were uncleaned hairs from the previous guest in the toilet and shower. There were also hairs from the previous guest on the bathtub, and the bath mat was moldy and old. The hairdryer in the bathroom was very weak and difficult to use. When I plugged in my own hairdryer, the voltage in the toilet outlet was unstable, causing it to stop and start repeatedly. They didn't even replenish new slippers during the two nights I stayed. The concierge service at the entrance was also just mediocre, incredibly mean.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. I stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The lobby service was also very thoughtful and welcoming. Plus, the lobby itself is beautiful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

An older hotel, but it's pretty well-maintained. The location is super central in Kowloon, making shopping and getting around really convenient. There are also lots of popular foodie spots nearby. Plus, there's a fantastic local Hong Kong spicy chicken pot restaurant right next door.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is truly excellent. We had so many options for shopping and dining nearby! I would definitely recommend this place to friends in the future. Thumbs up!

This was my second stay here. For the price, the room was quite spacious, clean, and the service was excellent. Remember to bring your own universal adapter. The room offered an expansive view of Victoria Park's stadium. The lobby was grand, and both check-in and check-out were swift. It's conveniently located near the Causeway Bay MTR station, making shopping a breeze. Both Wing Kee Beef Brisket and Sister Wah Beef Brisket are within walking distance, and there's a tram stop right downstairs. Plus, there's a direct airport bus from Shenzhen Airport right to the hotel.
