Clean room and nice service from the front desk staff. Spacious room with many amenities, would be better if could provide toothbrush

Clean, modern room.. size was fair for HK. Great location. But the bathroom drainage is seriously poor...water pools on the floor after every shower, which is both annoying and unsafe. Fix this and it'd be a solid 4-star stay.

The hotel is in a fairly convenient location, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest MTR station, but my overall stay was disappointing. The room was quite small. It may be suitable for solo travellers, but it felt cramped for two pax. The bathroom was extremely small, especially the shower area. There was also no door for the toilet, so if u are sharing the room with someone and value your privacy, do take note. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong cigarette smell throughout my stay. FYI, only towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were available. Be sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, and a laundry bag if needed. I was also disappointed with the service. Due to the severe rainy weather, I was hoping the hotel could be more accommodating with my request for a late check-out. Instead, I was told that a late check-out until 2pm would cost an additional HKD 200, with no flexibility given despite the weather conditions. To make matters worse, there was a leak from the rooftop during my stay. Overall, the combination of the room issues, lack of flexibility in service, and poor maintenance made for a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

Always good. Small rooms but clean and provide everything you need. Good location with transportation and food options very close by. Highly recommended although a little expensive !

Overall I enjoyed my stay, bed was comfortable and the room is modern. Facilities were reasonably clean however, there was a single strand of hair on the toilet seat lid when I arrived and the aircon has a particular scent that I was not accustomed to and faded away after a few hours of use. Not a big deal for me and just minor notes because the cost of the hotel was low.

I experienced a great location with reasonable room size, but the concierge staff was not so helpful on reminding there is no slippers in the room that we need to purchase in advance.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel, but our air conditioning was leaking water. However, there was a very good shower and a place where you could refill your water, so overall very positive.

The location is great and convenient transportation ! A lot of good restaurants and Instagram recommended restaurants nearby! Room is very clean but only the room is small

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great hotel for the price, especially if you book in advance. The room is well designed, with plenty of storage space, a nice bathroom, and a great view. The only downside is that there is no drinking water available in the room, so you have to go down to the second floor to get it. The location is excellent for exploring the city, and there is a bus stop nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.

Great hotel, large rooms, fast wifi, great and friendly customer service. Will stay here again.

The service was mediocre; I had to complain to get issues resolved. On the first night, my friend's AC broke, but they didn't want to bother anyone in the middle of the night and just slept in the heat. The second night, when we asked to switch rooms, they said the hotel was full. In the end, my friend had to complain a second time to finally get a new room. Although the problem was eventually resolved, I hope the hotel improves its crisis management and overall service.
