After using the shower, water leaked out onto the floor, leaving puddles around the toilet. The bathroom had a disgusting smell, and I couldn't figure out what it was. The room service phone only offered English and Cantonese options, no Mandarin. There was no drinking water in the room; I had to go to the fifth floor to get some, which is just ridiculous.

We check in very late at night and soon as we wake up and leave the room it is about 12:30 and the staff insist that we NEED to pay a late charge ! There are no phone or clock in the hotel and the are very straight on the policy even the print said “may be”! They got me this receipt before 12:45 so this is the proof of when it happens.

The location is pretty good, right across from the Metropark Hotel, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the Hong Kong Coliseum, very convenient! As for facilities in a budget hotel, you can't expect too much. Thankfully, the hygiene is good, the shower pressure is strong, and the AC is very cold, though the bed is a bit soft! If the price is right, it's still an option!

Traveling with kids, the hotel's location is quite convenient for getting around. However, the room rate doesn't match the hotel's amenities. The room is small, with two 0.8-meter wide beds pushed together. The room photos on Trip.com are different from the actual room we stayed in, which can be misleading! They changed towels and emptied trash bags daily, but didn't sweep or clean the room. The bathroom was quite dirty upon check-in. The soundproofing is poor.

Location very convenient in Tsim Sha Tsui. The room has an unpleasant urine stench (lingering the room). The bathroom door is abit faulty. The bed size is so small, not comfortable for someone who is a big size.
