Nina Hotel Kowloon East

This is a great hotel! The room was quite spacious, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. What's particularly noteworthy is that they offer afternoon tea, light dinner, and all-day refreshments – that's truly rare and excellent for Hong Kong.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok Station. It's a bit inconvenient with luggage due to all the stairs, but fine if your bags aren't heavy. There are plenty of small and large shops for food just a short walk away. Breakfast places open as early as 7 AM and stay open until 11 PM. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. Plus, there's a water dispenser in the elevator area on every floor, which is very thoughtful. The service attitude is excellent. Highly recommended.

For Hong Kong, this hotel offers incredible value for money! The room size is comparable to a standard hotel on the mainland, which is already a huge plus.

The hotel facilities are new and clean, the surrounding environment is good, and it's right across from the subway exit, making transportation very convenient.

Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good; I didn't notice any obvious neglected spots, and the room linens were very clean. The hotel's public areas were also very tidy. Environment: It's located next to the subway station, about a 5-minute walk, so transportation is quite convenient. Service: The room amenities were limited, only providing toothbrushes, a care kit, and sanitary bags. There was no comb or razor. Guests needing these should bring their own. Overall, the service was acceptable, but the handling of a guest's scalding incident was quite lacking. Facilities: The facilities are generally new with no obvious signs of wear. However, the showerhead's water temperature was unstable, which resulted in me getting a first-degree burn on my back. Also, some of the LED strip lighting under the bathroom counter had come loose.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, with a large shopping mall nearby. Check-in was very smooth. The executive lounge offers a rich selection of food and a distant view of Victoria Harbour's nightscape. Highly recommended!

My daughter was attending a new student event at a Hong Kong university, so we booked this hotel. It's located in the Kwun Tong area, quite close to Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, and near Millennium City Phase 6. Because it's in an industrial area, it's relatively less crowded, which I found very satisfying. I was pleased with the room size, hotel facilities, and cleanliness.

I specifically traveled to Hong Kong for a game at the Kai Tak Sports Park, which is a state-of-the-art, fully enclosed stadium, Asia's finest. Although it's located in Kowloon East, the room was incredibly spacious and clean. The service was very attentive; they even provided a glass for water, which was a nice touch. The whole experience felt refined, and the area around the hotel has a very lively, local vibe. Excellent value for money!
