This is my second stay at this hotel. You can take a shuttle bus from the airport, which takes about 40 minutes. The subway station is about an 8-minute walk away. The room size is decent, and the cleanliness is just basic.

The room size was okay, but the facilities were too basic, especially the shower. It was tiny, and the plastic curtain kept sticking to my body while I was showering, which was really uncomfortable and cold. Not good value for money.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. And you can enjoy the night market ☺️The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is decent and the bed is comfortable; however, the carpet could be cleaner. Overall, the hotel is affordable and offers good value for the price, especially for Hong Kong. It’s a great choice if you enjoy walking around the city both day and night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Front Desk: The service attitude was absolutely terrible, just awful. For a stay costing over a thousand, there wasn't a single smile. When speaking to guests, they'd roll their eyes with every sentence, acting like they despised people but had to work. I wanted to use a restroom, and they said even though they have one, it's for internal staff only. I asked if they could chill something for me; they kept rolling their eyes and refused. After pleading for a long time, I got them agitated, and they snapped that they simply didn't have a fridge and couldn't store it for me. Unbelievable! I genuinely can't believe a hotel doesn't have a refrigerator.
Hygiene: This isn't really about the hotel itself, but the hotel we stayed at the day before cost over 900 and was excellent. This place, in mainland terms, is more like a serviced apartment. As soon as you enter, there's a moldy smell. During check-in, I overheard someone asking for an extra blanket because their room was very cold, and the front desk flat-out said they only had regular blankets. Once inside, the room was freezing to the point of being unbearable. In October, after a day of sightseeing that left me with an aching back, the room was still damp and cold. The air conditioning didn't have a heating function, and it was a very old unit. Even with a travel sleeping bag, all I wanted was to get through the day quickly and escape tomorrow, especially since it was non-cancellable.
Amenities: Before I came, my friend strongly advised me against this place when I was choosing between two options, but I didn't listen because it was close to Kowloon Station and I wanted to try it out. Turns out, I should have listened.
Location: It's very far from the subway station, requiring climbing stairs, crossing a footbridge, going through an underpass. It's extremely inconvenient with large luggage. Plus, it's on a small side road, even though it's technically roadside, it's in a residential area. Both our phones' navigation gave us incorrect locations.

PRO- good location. Railway station, subway and busses are all walking distance. Many food spots, a few bars and lots of stores. Convenient to have everything nearby. Staff speaks English. Fast check in. Luggage storage is a good bonus.
CON- absolute filth. Disgusting. Room was horrid. Age of the building cant be change, but the cleanliness can. Im not sure how expensive cleaning supplies are in hong kong that they cant even maintain a clean room. How impossible is it to buy paint and touch up the walls and door where the paint is chipped. The carpet is REVOLTING.
PAY MORE $$ and go somewhere better.

I visited during the off-season, and when I asked at the front desk about an upgrade, they kindly upgraded my room type. It was much more spacious and had a great view! The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the high-speed rail station, metro station, Hong Kong Palace Museum, and night market. Excellent value for money too!

The room was spacious, and the linens were clean. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived, making the room bright and comfortable. It was well-equipped, and the bathroom was very large. The stay was quiet, and the location was super convenient. Overall, it offered great value for money.

We had a long day of flying and didn’t get to Hong Kong till around 12:30, the hotel is located very close to the Kowloon rail station, was able to check in at 1am. The man who serviced up was lovely (even though we speak 0 Cantonese), upgraded up to deluxe room. **note no water bottles in room, vending machine outside hotel** slept well, AC worked great. Upon check out the lady at the counter offered to call us a cab but also gave us directions to walk back to the rail way. For a budget stay in Hong Kong I’d recommend!

Getting there was a breeze. From West Kowloon, I exited Austin Station, walked through the underpass, turned left onto the main road, and the hotel was right there. The location is incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room offered a sea view – a lovely unexpected bonus! Do note that it seems most hotels in Hong Kong no longer provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to pack your own. The only minor downside was the absence of a power adapter in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near West Kowloon, though it feels a bit dated and its overall cleanliness was only average. A frequent issue was the lack of hot water late at night.
My overall experience at this hotel was mediocre. Room cleanliness was barely acceptable; there was some dust on the desk and the bathroom corners weren't as tidy as they should be. Service was unremarkable; check-in at the front desk was slow, and staff responses to questions often felt a bit dismissive.
The location is quite convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, soundproofing was average, as hallway noise was audible at night.
Value for money was just average, making it suitable mainly for budget-conscious travelers looking for a short stay.

The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it offers great value for money in Hong Kong. The room size is also decent. It's very close to the high-speed rail station, and you can find an entrance just off the street from the Tuen Ma Line exit.

I booked this room through Ctrip and was pleasantly surprised upon check-in, as I had some doubts when booking. For the same price range of around 300 RMB, both the room and bathroom here are much larger than hotels I've stayed in before. There's also a lobby on the first floor, which is something many hotels lack. The room amenities are quite complete, with a place to hang clothes and even a safe. The window is large enough and offers a genuine view of the outside scenery. These are all positives.
Of course, there are downsides. For example, the facilities are a bit old, but that's fine as long as they function well. However, some 'old stains' were a bit off-putting, and the carpet had some as well. As I mentioned, the bathroom is large, but the layout isn't ideal. The huge sink takes up a lot of space, while the shower stall is tiny – this is the biggest issue. I'd be perfectly fine with a smaller sink if it meant a larger shower area. It's unpleasant to have your bare body touch walls that don't look very clean. Why not renovate if there's the possibility? Some much smaller bathrooms offer a better shower experience simply because they don't have a separate shower stall. Of course, changing the layout might not be an easy task. I forgot to take photos when I left.
