The Mira Hong Kong

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, the king-sized bed is very large, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service throughout our stay was attentive and polite, with professional and friendly staff who paid great attention to details. The location is truly a big plus, with convenient transportation that saves time and effort getting anywhere. There are many dining options downstairs, making eating and shopping very convenient – the living facilities are top-notch. Our entire stay was a great experience, exceeding expectations in all aspects. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Hong Kong, located in Tsim Sha Tsui, making it very convenient for getting around. It's not far from Harbour City or K11. The hotel environment is quite good, the king-size bed is super comfortable, and there's a hot spring and swimming pool downstairs. The breakfast at the restaurant is very rich, and it offers good value for money.

The Mira never disappoints. If you're staying in Tsim Sha Tsui, The Mira is the place to be, thanks to its convenient location. What's most important is how smart the hotel is; they provide disposable toothbrushes and slippers. Honestly, more hotels in Hong Kong should learn from The Mira. Many hotels in Hong Kong are quite stingy and don't consider that guests might not bring these disposable items when they travel.

I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago. Although it has been renovated, the service is noticeably worse than before. Here are a few points: 1. At 3 PM check-in, no rooms were available. We only got our room key at 4:30 PM. 2. Upon entering the room, we found a used band-aid from the previous guests still on the floor (which was quite unpleasant) and not cleaned up. 3. Loud music from a club downstairs went on until past midnight, making it impossible for us and our child to get any rest. Even though it was a weekend and there might have been events, it was simply unacceptable. 4. There's also something that made us very angry, and although it's not directly related to the hotel, I want to share it so future guests can be aware. The taxis outside the hotel – we might have encountered an extreme driver, not necessarily representative of most, but I'm just sharing my personal experience. We took a taxi from the hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui to Sogo in Causeway Bay. Without informing us, the driver took a detour over the cross-harbor bridge. I only found this out later when the price seemed wrong. He didn't take the usual tunnel, and as a result, the fare was HKD 193. Taking the tunnel usually costs around HKD 65, which we had paid before. So, I want to remind future guests to be careful when taking taxis. However, there was one thing we were satisfied with: the housekeeping staff on our floor had surprisingly good service. They always smiled, greeted us, and said hello.

The location is excellent, not far from the MTR, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room is spacious and clean. After a tiring day, it was so comfortable to relax in a bath back at the hotel. The service was also top-notch; my luggage, left at the front desk before check-in, was delivered to my room afterward, which was a thoughtful touch. There's a Don Quijote downstairs, and it's not far from China Hong Kong City and Harbour City, just a 7-8 minute walk. Even the kids said they were very satisfied with this stay. Great value for money.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to go shopping right downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers were all provided. There were two types of outlets available for phone charging, plus a British adapter. However, the hotel lobby had an overpowering fragrance.
