The location is amazing! Love it. Service is pretty bad. Sent an email to them 2 days prior my stay. Till the end of my 6 days stay, there is no reply. I was seeking for help for my Macau travel. The lady at the concierge was impatient and replied “Best not to go via that route if you haven’t purchased the ticket” and went to assist another customer. So if you are an experienced traveller in HK and doesn’t not need any direction, this is still a good location. HK has a new rule, they will not replenished any shower gel & amenities etc. I stayed there for 6 days with a friend. I have to bathe with shampoo as there is no shower gel left (it was less filled) on the last day and I am unable to open the lid to mix with water. So I will recommend only if you stay for less than 6 days. I didn’t read the fine prints. We have to pay extra to use the gym. So if gym is a must, do consider other hotels available. It is HKD $80 per pax.

I paid deposit hkd1000 and the receptionist said that the return will be done within 24 hours and yet I m waiting to receive it. I saw that other commented until 2 months also not receiving. I checked in 13-Sept and checked out 16-Sept, I changed the room twice. When they first assigned the room not according to what I need, I mentioned not to have the corner room and my room booking payment is not for the corner room - 618, then they swiped it to room 715, it's seems to be the corner room as well and the bed lamp is spoiled. The hotel location is good but the receptionist service so terribly bad. Sorry to say that I really feel bad to hong kong after this experience.

A typical hotel, the bed and toilets are clean, but the entire carpet has small black spots of dirt, which is acceptable. Friendly staff, great location, free lockers available.

excellent location right in the heart of kowloon just next to Nathan road with some very sophisticated appliances and amenities in the room. Well worth trying the restaurant on the second floor which I believe is quite popular even with non-guests. The desk on both check in and check out had no one who could speak English which I did find surprising but they did also hit me with a 1000 hkd deposit for the room which as I was only there for 2 nights I did not have in cash and they say is over 6 months repayment time on card. I did have issues with the lift and even knowing which floor my room was as the room number is not obvious which one and none of the buttons can be pressed. Overall, excellent hotel very close to metro station and comfy beds.

Very good location right in the heart of TST and service was great. However this is the first time I encountered payment required for the temporary storage of luggage which made me drop the ratings.

It is our second time staying here! We just love how convenient the location is and how big their Smart TV is in the room. You can simply connect your Netflix/ Youtube account and chill! The only Con would be the stain marks on the carpets again. Hope the hotel would really do something about it.

Very good location, easy access to local food, pubs and MTR station. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. Will come back.

Really recommended! Location was superb! Many foods restaurants can be choice within walking distance. All staffs were polite and also helpful. We will definitely come back again next Hong Kong trip.

Good location with many restaurants & convenience stores around. Big New room & clean. Amenities still provided in room. All bar snacks & drink in refrigerator are complimentary for Guests. Have a good time staying here.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place. There are tourist spots and many restaurants.
