Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

Poor hygiene and service: The glasses in the room were filthy. Both rooms I stayed in at the hotel were equally dirty, indicating a low standard of cleaning procedures and hygiene from Four Seasons housekeeping. I pointed this out to the housekeeping staff twice. The first time, I complained about the guest room because the cups were so dirty; housekeeping easily noticed and I assume they genuinely apologized for forgetting to properly wash the cups. The second time, two minutes after I pointed it out, housekeeping put the dirty cups back in the room. I called the duty manager in the lobby again, stressing the seriousness of the issue. Only then did the manager realize the hidden hygiene risks behind the dirt and instructed the housekeeping team to thoroughly clean the cups. This made me completely unwilling to use any of the cups in the room. Poor environment, facilities, and service: In the newly renovated hotel, the bathtub's water flow was like a raging flood, while the overflow drain was clogged. The floor drain in the toilet was situated at a high point, meaning there was no waterproof height difference between the bathroom floor and the bedroom entrance. Water overflowing from the bathtub flowed directly into the bedroom. What was particularly alarming was that the hotel's duty manager completely disregarded the risk of electric shock and life-threatening danger to guests. They failed to take necessary power-off safety measures, forcing guests to step through water to exit the room. This severely threatened my life safety. I felt unwell for three days afterward, as if I had just survived a life-or-death escape. The current service and facilities at the Four Seasons Hotel pose clear hidden dangers to guests' physical and mental health, hygiene, and life safety. I hope that with Ctrip's help, the Four Seasons Hotel will refund the room fees I paid. I also demand compensation from the Four Seasons Hotel for the physical and mental harm caused to me. Additionally, I require a written apology from the Four Seasons' General Manager regarding the issues at the Four Seasons and the physical and mental harm caused to customers.

Great location with convenient transportation. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel downstairs. The hotel facilities look very upscale overall, and the service attitude is excellent. My stay was very comfortable, highly recommended!
