Our stay at W Hong Kong for my mother's birthday trip was absolutely delightful. A special thank you to the front desk team for their thoughtfulness; they prepared a surprise birthday cake in advance, which made us feel incredibly touched. The hotel's design is modern and trendy, and its location is superb, nestled in the heart of West Kowloon, offering convenient transportation. The surrounding urban atmosphere is vibrant, and the nightlife is rich and colorful. Overall, we had an excellent impression. It's a stylish yet warm city hotel that created wonderful memories for our birthday getaway.

The room was spacious, but the desk wasn't wiped clean. The front desk staff didn't speak Mandarin and seemed quite proud of it, smugly stating they only spoke English, and that the female colleague next to them didn't speak Mandarin either because she was from Singapore. Fine, let's switch to English then, but he couldn't even get his English right and just kept giggling. Very unprofessional.

I really love staying at W Hong Kong. All the staff here are so friendly. The location is also very convenient; it's always a great choice for transferring to the high-speed rail after flying back from abroad. The sunset view is exceptionally beautiful. A big thank you to Pauline at the front desk for arranging my room upgrade and providing attentive butler service. Because of this, I've recommended many friends to come here. I love W Hong Kong so much!!! Petch is also very charming; he's Thai and can speak Chinese.

This trip was quite special, as I accidentally injured my foot before departure, which added considerable difficulty to the journey. I want to especially thank Pauline and Clarence for their incredibly thoughtful service. Seeing my mobility issues, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time. The hotel also provided me with a wheelchair service. These small acts of kindness made me feel the warmth of the hotel's service! The room was also exceptionally clean. I compared several hotels near Victoria Harbour, many of which commonly had odors, dampness, and hygiene issues. In the end, I chose W Hong Kong, and its location, cleanliness, and quiet atmosphere were truly perfect!

This was my first stay at W Hong Kong. The location is excellent, the room is spacious and bright, with modern facilities and a great sense of design! The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded me to a sea-view room for free, which offered a delightful view. I'll definitely choose W Hong Kong again next time.

My overall stay at W Hong Kong was outstanding. The trendy and well-designed public areas were a real eye-opener, and the rooms offered expansive views, with some room types boasting panoramic vistas of Victoria Harbour. The bedding was comfortable and soft, the amenities were high-quality, and the service team was prompt and professional. It's super convenient for shopping and getting to various attractions, making it a brilliant choice for a trip to Hong Kong ✨

I always stay at the W Hotel. The advantages go without saying, I highly recommend it. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3 PM, so you might have to wait if you arrive earlier. Everything else is great – it's convenient, especially if you're traveling by high-speed rail.

Absolutely fabulous service. Upgraded me without prompting to the partial harbour view which had a stunning sunset view. A pity i didn't have time to swim, but if you come, please bring your swimmers the pool at 73rd floor is amazing. Room was cleaned twice a day; and when they couldn't (e.g. I had a DND sign), they left a message asking me to let them know if I needed anything. Asked for water, they brought 8 cans - not 1/2/3... but 8! Asked for a bag to help carry excess mooncakes and they brought a huge one. Really pleasant great service. They gave my friends welcome drink vouchers, and the Bar gave us complimentary nuts. Thank you!

Very good service experience. People were nice. Pauline at concierge was very helpful and good arrangement. Overall was a excellent staying experience

The room was very nice and spacious. Although the breakfast didn't have as many options as the upstairs restaurant, it was still plentiful. It offers great value for money. The Ritz on Amex was too expensive, and I couldn't use the $300 credit for just one night. A night at the W was a good choice, and it's very convenient for getting around.

This is my first time giving a hotel a bad review. From check-in to check-out, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. I checked in at 5 PM, but my room wasn't ready, so I was forced to upgrade to a room with no view, let alone a sea view. The price simply doesn't match the service. Five-star bad review, avoid this hotel at all costs!!

The location is super convenient, right at Kowloon Station. The view from the window overlooks the harbor, and the pool is on the 76th floor.
