Room was extremely small even for Hong Kong. For that price there are a lot of better choices. Staff agreed for late checkout, that was great.

The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Although somewhat old, the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast served also has lots of varieties. One thing to note is the hotel does not provide bottled water and toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. Photos shown are views from my room and also the waterfront which is within walking distance. All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

The location was very convenient with loads of options in the surroundings. Regarding service they gave us a card that didn’t worked for the elevator and the room so it was a little inconvenient at first. Room itself was a fair size but we requested a Harbour view and it mainly consisted of buildings. The breakfast was just ok.

We have stay this hotel with friends for 3 night, and very nice hotel and clean also convenient for traveling. The staff name Maggie Ng very helpful for the luggage and always smile. Thanks very much.

I stayed on the 22nd floor, everything was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and really nice. AC was good and the water heater was working well. Location was good as well. Don’t think I’ll ever go to Hong Kong again for a trip but if I have to go for business, I will definitely stay here again.

Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, a lot of nearby places to eat. Spacious room. Unfortunately, pool was under renovation at the time. I got the Fitness Gym all to myself.

The hotel itself felt a bit dated and didn't quite live up to my expectations. However, its location is excellent, and the service was good. Miramar Plaza is right outside the hotel's doorstep, and Harbour City is also very close. The Avenue of Stars and the Star Ferry are within easy walking distance too. You can also find several century-old restaurants nearby. It's a reasonable option depending on your budget. If you're looking for a better ambiance, the Prince Hotel might be a superior choice.

The best concierge service and room cleaning especially to the gor gor & jie jie who helped to carry luggages to/from taxi, offered help to call taxi, always smile and greet politely. Need to walk a bit (850m) to the Tsim Sha Tsui MRT station. There are many nearby eateries and grocery store.

I was incredibly lucky to receive a room upgrade, especially in Hong Kong where space is at such a premium. The room was spotlessly clean and hygienic, and I particularly appreciated the wet/dry separation in the bathroom. They even provided complimentary specialty drinks. The location is fantastic – it's super close to the MTR station, Avenue of Stars, Chungking Mansions, Jenny Bakery, and many other popular spots. Breakfast was also quite good, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
