The hotel is very close to the train station, about a 13-minute walk! It's very clean, no smoke smell at all! Also, it's conveniently located near many attractions, most of which are within walking distance!

The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness was acceptable. Service was satisfactory, and the express check-out was convenient. The location was easy to find. It was smaller than other hotels I've stayed at before, and the decor felt a bit dated. Hong Kong is quite expensive though.

The off-season price was amazing! I booked a city-view room, and they initially gave me one on the 18th floor. My flight was late, so I arrived very late, and the room smelled of smoke, but I reluctantly stayed for one night. The next day, I spoke to the front desk, and they immediately brought an air purifier, which wasn't very effective. However, they were very efficient in changing my room and upgraded me to a much more comfortable one. The environment and facilities at Kowloon Park were also excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jordan Station, making transportation easy. It's also close to the Xiqu Centre, perfect for catching a show. There are many popular eateries nearby, so you'll always find something for a late-night snack. Plus, it's within walking distance to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station and Kowloon Station for the Airport Express.

You can tell the hotel has some history. Definitely book a newly renovated floor. I stayed on the 24th floor, and the room had a great view of Kowloon Park and China Hong Kong City below. They didn't ask for a deposit and provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge, which was a nice touch since there was no drinking water in the room. Because I was staying for two days, I went to Wellcome across the street to buy bottled water. Even though the room was newly renovated, for some reason, the power would cut out for a second sometimes 🙄 so strange! Since it happened on the second night, I didn't bother reporting it to the front desk. I was actually thinking I'd book this hotel again for future high-speed rail trips to Hong Kong 😂

The room exceeded my expectations. It's conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the MTR station, overlooking Kowloon Park, with a distant view of Victoria Harbour from the window.

An excellent hotel with great value for money, highly recommended: 1. The location is superb, right next to Kowloon Park and very close to Victoria Harbour, all within walking distance. 2. The hotel has been refurbished and renovated, so the facilities are complete and well-equipped.
