Park Hotel Hong Kong

The room was much bigger than I expected! It looked very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. It's right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, within a 15-minute walk to major attractions. Getting around by MTR is convenient, and for shopping, Mannings, Sasa, and Lung Fung are everywhere. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit~

The front desk staff (an older gentleman) had a terrible attitude! I went to the front desk to inquire about room types, and he gave me a disdainful look and just brushed me off with a few words (like, 'Go ask whoever you booked with...'). The hotel facilities are too old; even though they claim to have renovated, the air conditioning in the room is very loud and really affects sleep. Anyway, if you have any problems and go to the front desk, they generally won't help you solve them.

The location of the room is good, but it's quite hard to find (hidden in a small alley). The reception service was excellent, and they didn't discriminate against us just because my mom speaks Mandarin. The room is very spacious, but not ideal for putting on makeup (the bathroom mirror only has overhead lighting). The price doubled during the National Day holiday.

Superb stay! The room had an amazing view of Victoria Harbour, and we even caught the fireworks 🎆. The location is extremely convenient—within easy walking distance of top attractions, with plenty of dining options nearby. The guy at the front desk was very handsome and even upgraded our room. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui, very close to Victoria Harbour and the MTR station. The bed is really big, perfect for families with a 10-year-old child. It's super convenient for visiting Disneyland and for shopping, plus there are lots of great food options nearby. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was very smooth, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt very relaxing. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for both getting around and dining. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would consider staying here again.

I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Last night, after taking a shower and changing into my pajamas, I sat on the bed and soon felt an itch on my calves and feet. Before long, raised bumps appeared and were extremely itchy. At the time, I didn't think much of it and just assumed it was mosquitoes. Who knew that when I woke up this morning, my thighs, calves, and arms were covered in red rashes? A quick online search revealed these were bed bug bites. I'm literally fuming. Last month, when I went to Europe, I was worried about encountering fleas and lice in hotels because of the higher number of people who aren't as concerned about cleanliness there. Thankfully, my 20-plus days in Europe were fine, but now I've encountered these dirty bugs in a hotel here in Hong Kong. When I checked in, I saw many Indian guests in the lobby, and my initial concern has unfortunately come true. Later, when entering and exiting the hotel, I noticed that the area around the front and back doors was like a little India 🇮🇳, with people in various traditional robes coming and going. This isn't meant to be discriminatory, but it truly wasn't very clean.
