Cosmo Hotel by Dorsett Hotels

Everything is fairly good in general. There is nothing to really complain at all, except being located slightly far away from the MTR stations. I do think this is a good choice with limited budget. Of course, it is not a high-class luxury hotel, so, it delivers mostly every basic experience. You got small rooms, slightly old fashioned furniture, smaller TV, maybe a bit old stains on curtains… But, the room is clean, organized, comfy and with a great view from this location. The service is reasonably delivered too. Please keep it up and thanks for the service.

Good location and service. Near Wan Chai market, and has a shuttle to the metro/ CWB Some shared facilities with Dorsett a few doors away. Got a free upgrade upon check-in which was a very nice surprise. I did accidentally drop a small medicinal phone accessory item in the room when I left HK, hopefully someone will reach out to me about this.

Although a non-smoking facility, it does offer an incredible patio on the 5th floor for stretching one’s feet and having a smoke. With a coffee machine on standby. Well thought of.

housekeeping service excellent but frontdesk not that good. i called frontdesk around 3am and the security guard answered and told me frontdesk is not available. this is the first time I experience no frontdesk at 3am . the location is okz if u want to buy food you need to walk 10mins bec no food chain available nearbuy
