The front desk check-in was very efficient and professional. The room was clean and tidy, with soundproof padding on the walls. The mini-fridge had four cans of drinks, and Nespresso capsule coffee was provided for free. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was too small, but everything else was good. Facilities: Old and definitely not as good as what you'd find in mainland China. Hygiene: Acceptable, but much worse than in mainland China. Environment: Good, right by Victoria Harbour. Service: Good, very enthusiastic.

I was upgraded to a king-sized room upon check-in, which was on a quieter floor. The soundproofing was better than expected. The location is quite convenient, but if you'd rather not use a pedestrian bridge, this might not be the place for you. Thanks to the friendly staff at front desk, I arrived at 8:30 in the morning, they are kindly to offer the early check in and happy to have room 1918 with very nice harbor view. Hade a nice stay there.

Extremely satisfied! The location is excellent, right between Central and Causeway Bay. The service attitude was great, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful! The room type was also very spacious. The overall experience was fantastic.

The hotel is located not far from the MTR subway and walking distance to many bus stops. The room is quite spacious and clean. It is a bit humid, but this is normal in HK. The service is good, the reception is 24hr and they are always ready to help. I enjoyed the breakfast, which has a good selection of products, although not extensive. In my personal experience it has perfect quality/position/price ratio.

This hotel is extremely old and very dirty. The room had a strong damp, musty smell, and the air circulation was terrible. I honestly can't believe this is advertised as a 4-star hotel. It was a very disappointing experience, and I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Right next to the International Convention and Exhibition Center. We got a free upgrade from a king-sized room to an executive room, which was great. The location is excellent. One of the rooms had a bit of a smell, and they arranged a room change for us even at midnight, so the service was truly fantastic. However, most rooms don't have a hairdryer, and there are no toothbrushes or toothpaste, but I assume you can ask the front desk if needed. Overall, it was a great stay!

The hotel is just across the road from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, so even if it rains heavily, you won't get wet at all.
