Pics speak for themselves. The bedsheets were yellowish, and they don't provide bottled water; you have to get it yourself. I booked this two months in advance, and when I tried to change my check-in date a month before due to personal reasons, they refused. The hotel staff's attitude during the whole process was awful. And for such a tiny room, they charge 900 a night. Seriously?

I carefully reviewed all the negative comments and found some to be objective observations. Things like small rooms, poor soundproofing, or being next to an elevated highway. Other comments seemed to stem from a lack of local knowledge, such as the absence of complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is quite common in local hotels here. The hotel provides drinking water dispensers on specific floors, and there are cups in the room. I didn't try it myself because I knew beforehand that bottled water isn't provided, so I just bought some at a nearby supermarket, which was convenient. Now for other details: I booked on the same day and arrived after 8 PM. The lobby staff were very welcoming, helped me check in, provided detailed information about the Wi-Fi password, gave me coupons, and explained the hotel shuttle service. I didn't pay much attention to the Wi-Fi details at the time as I didn't think I'd need it. The room was quite quiet once the air conditioning was turned off. Since I was staying multiple nights, I just asked the cleaning staff to replace the face towel the next day. On the day I took the bus to Tsim Sha Tsui, there was a slight mishap where I took the wrong elevator floor. The lobby is 'G' floor, and I got off on the first floor. I wandered around a bit blindly and to my surprise, walked right out to the bus! The meal voucher they provided was excellent – a full meal without any extra cost. Calling the front desk or concierge always resulted in effective responses. Luggage storage was also very convenient, with efficient and courteous service. Guests from all over the world stay at this hotel, and everyone was very friendly when sharing the elevator. Check-out was instant.

Today I came to Hong Kong and stayed at this hotel. The hotel facilities are complete, with a hairdryer and adapter provided. The room is decent and quite clean. Downstairs, there's a vending machine where you can buy disposable toothbrushes for one dollar. The staff were very friendly. One day my room wasn't cleaned, so they gave me a 20-dollar voucher, which I could use at the downstairs vending machine. That was a nice touch.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The lighting and ventilation were excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, and providing helpful guidance throughout. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It was quiet at night, so we slept soundly. Great value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!
