M1 Hotel

Location-wise- the hotel is very convenient to find. It's very close to the metro station, supermarket, restaurants, arcades, and fruit stands. Cleanliness- the place hasn't been wiped. The TV has a lot of dust and most of the edges are not cleaned. They just changed the bedding and left. Service- the service was alright. We didn't ask much about anything from them except for leaving the keys downstairs. The cleaning lady was happy to give us extra tissues. And no major services during our stay. Lift- I find the lift quite slow and always busy. There was no bottled water( most important), however, they provided coffee, tea and a kettle. Toiletries are not bad- toothbrushes and body wash are provided. The bed was too small and the mattress was quite hard. Extra charge for extra pillows and extra towels. Overall, the price for Chinese New Year was alright. But for a regular holiday— it was too expensive.

Spacious room and quite, restaurant nearby, close to train station

Extremely convenient location with fast service. Very large selection of amenities with mini-fridge in the room. Double bed is just two singles put together though and room is slightly dated.

A classy but old hotel and it shows. They do maintain it well though. It's very tight as especially if you might have a bigger waistline the bathroom won't accommodate you. Everything is extra and there's a price list for it. No bottled water is offered and only one tea and coffee even if you are two people. You both can't have coffee. The restaurant is very small and a booking before hand might be required, although the quality of the meals are good and a bit pricey. There's an incremental deposit fee the longer you stay going to over 2000. The surrounding location isn't very desirable.

It is okay for this price! Will go back again next time

Completely difference to the pictures shown. I wonder how the hotel gets good comments. The hotel is so old and undermaintained. Bed has corrupted. Mirror has rotten. The ceiling painting almost came off. Was considering to leave the hotel once I see the hotel room. Location is pretty convenience but not a safe area. Fire alarm comes off the night long. Wouldn't recommend any travellers to stay

Very very good for the price. Great location, simple room. Good all around. Just the bath room is a big problem. The water floods when u shower, and the shower closes kinda weirdly. Beside the shower everything is great.
