Booked 2 rooms for 4days and 3nights. We asked if we could change the other room which only the same price and we are willing to pay additional charges if ever. The owner called her assistant and when she found that we are filipinos she denied our requests. SUCH A RACIST ACT. No hairdryer in our room, other room has it but not working. Out of the 2 rooms we booked, one room got cleaned during our stay and the other one they didnt.

The worst place I ever go. I would never go again.

I thought it was great to be able to stay at a hotel of this level for this price in Hong Kong, where hotel prices are high. It was easy to get to, there was no strange smell, and the room was reasonably clean, so I was able to stay comfortably. The only negative point is that the check-in process is difficult. You need to contact the owner via WeChat or LINE, but LINE did not work. I'm glad I downloaded WeChat in advance. The owner was kind enough to chat to me about recommended restaurants and other things. I'd like to stay here again if I visit Hong Kong.

The main reason I chose this hotel was because there was a glass door between the restroom and the shower room, so I could use the toilet without getting the toilet seat flooded. I pressed the hot water button about 10 minutes before using the shower, and the hot water came out well and the water pressure was strong enough. Checking in is a bit tricky, and you exchange messages with the owner in English via Line or Wechat. Therefore, at the time of check-in, you need to have a signal environment with eSIM or mobile Wi-Fi. (There was a QR code for free Wi-Fi along with the QR code for adding friends on Line next to the door, but it didn't work well. Of course, the Wi-Fi in the room worked well after checking in.) When you do this, you will need to send an image of the photo page of your passport, so I recommend taking a photo of your passport in advance. I was a little worried because I hadn't heard anything for about 5 minutes after sending my first message, so I called Line, and received a message saying wait, and they responded immediately after. The air conditioner looked quite new, the room was clean, the bed was spacious, towels, foot mats and bath towels (thin but large) were provided, toilet paper, shampoo and body soap were also provided. The futon was a little thin, but the air conditioner was able to adjust the temperature to the appropriate level, so it was not a problem at all. Unlike Chungking Mansions, the elevator came in less than a minute, and I was able to reach the 8th floor in no time. I usually don't write long reviews, but I was worried before my stay because the location and facilities were very good for the price despite the high cost of living in Hong Kong, and at first glance, there were some other reviews that made me want to avoid staying there, so I wrote a detailed review in the hope that I can dispel those concerns for those who stay there next time. Oh, as a side note, there is a famous cookie shop on the second floor of the same building, and if you go around 9:55, you can buy cookies after waiting about 20 minutes! If you want to watch TV, there is only one (the power supply at the bedside has a conversion plug), so you need to bring your own power strip. 5. The instructions for using the water heater are posted on the wall of the shower head. I only saw it when I was taking a shower. If I hadn't turned on all the power buttons when I stayed in a hotel when traveling, I would have had to wait for hot water to take a shower. Hot water is consumed very quickly. There is no hot water in the middle of the bath, and cold water is used in the second half of the bath. 6. The wallpaper has cracks and I am worried that it will fall off.

It's great for the price. The location is right next to the subway. It's just right. If you think about the price per night in expensive Hong Kong, you'll understand. If you think you're very frugal, it's a good place to stay.

The location is in the Mirador Building. We were a little scared when we first entered. Later, the sister of the hotel did some ideological work upstairs and made us feel at ease. The sister was also very nice and sent us a lot of guides! After moving in, it was very quiet at night, with almost no sound. The room was small, but in a busy area, there is a subway entrance downstairs, and the transportation is very convenient.
