We had such a lovely stay at One96, beautiful room with amazing views, good location and really attentive, caring and friendly staff that was always there to help. Can really recommend!

Very spacious, one room one floor. Perfect location. However, the “king size” bed is two in combining, so not very comfortable if sleep in the middle. And the mattress and linen is not up to 4stars.

The hotel's location is excellent, with great convenience all around, and it's not far from the MTR station. For a Hong Kong hotel, the room is quite spacious and can easily accommodate a family. The only downside is that the housekeeping staff isn't very thorough.

Great location, very modern and nice. The woman at the door is not nice at all. She looks at you with an air of superiority, even though she works there and I'm on vacation. There is also no one to open the door for you at the hotel. No one to help you take your bags to the hotel. This feels like a 2 star hotel with the price tag of a 4 star hotel. 

The one-unit-per-floor design is excellent; you don't have to worry about noise from other guests at all.

Location fantastic, you have everything you need in walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars, subway. Our room was very quiet and quite spacious - in so crowdy xity like HK it is a gem 💎. Staff professional and helpful. You can leave tour luggage, also there is washing machune and a dryer, detergent - you can do your laundry for free. Avoid Clicker bar next to the hotel. Overpriced drinks!

One room per floor, newly renovated, clean, spacious, and great value for money.

It's essentially a serviced apartment, comparable to a budget hotel back home. There's no proper lobby, just a small front desk right by the elevator on the ground floor. The staff just take your payment, hand you the key, and you head straight up to your room. The room hygiene is decent, but there's not much else to comment on. A price tag over a thousand for this kind of place is probably only something you'd see in Hong Kong.

It's so weird that the room has no curtain. Room was very bright due to the light from the construction aside on next block was on whole night

Excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable, I never wanted to get out of it! The toilet wasn't as clean as it could have been, but everything else was spotless. The location is very convenient, with plenty of delicious food options nearby.

Only there for one night, so did not use any of their 'services', though there was a coffee maker in the room which was useful. Location is quite good - a few minutes walk to Sheung Wan MTR Station and the HK-Macau Ferry Pier at Shun Tak Center. We were attending an event at the Central Waterfront Event Space, which we also walked to in about 20 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Eddie at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is also super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Kau Kee Restaurant and a 10-minute walk to Exit A2 of Sheung Wan Station (Island Line). Be aware that there are a few steps to navigate, which might be a bit tiring if you have large luggage. On the bright side, the hotel room was very spacious.
