Pro: very centrally located, lots of shopping and eatery in the neighborhood. The receptionist was helpful, trying to resolve the problem. Also Trip.com CS team is great and efficient, they have been supportive and responsive. I have been using Trip.com for many years and they are a fantastic team! Con: It was a very interesting experience, first of all it didn’t look one bit like the photo. The room was tiny, smelled, the bathroom was elevated so the head space was about 1.90m very suppressive. In fact, the whole hostel was not cleaned and hardly any maintenance. I got there by 5:30pm, They have not even cleaned the room. They need to change the sheets, clean the toilet, mop the floor, and the beddings looked old and nasty with grandma’s floral pattern on it which looked like it’d been used for 50years 😂. The bed length was about 2m, my husband is 1.85m so with the pillow, his feet were hanging out 😂. Oh, and there is no key. The receptionist is the walking key and he refused to give the key until I say I’m leaving, then I could have my key (with a deposit). So I called Trip.com to cancel my booking. I also talked to the Hotel officer, she refused to refund any portion of the room rate, even though I have not used it. The worse was actually her attitude, mean and angry, not trying to help the guest who is in distress, she raised her voice and claimed that I was at complete faults. Anyway, I have to calm her down many times, just trying to resolve the problem. It was an unpleasant and disturbing experience. Luckily I have found a decent hotel room nearby.

One of the most cost effective hotels in Hong Kong. The location is super easy to find anything from here. Hotel employees are friendly. Room space is very small but affordable if you stay just a few days. The building itself is very old but it was clean. Convenient place for solo travelers or couples but not for families and children at all.

Relatively speaking at this price, the environment is okay and the front desk service is also very good. However, the pillows are a bit too high and I felt a little stiff the next day. Overall good, thumbs up 👍

If you are on a business trip or traveling on a budget, this hotel is really good to choose. It costs about 400 yuan per night, which is quite acceptable in a place like Hong Kong where land is at a premium. Moreover, this is not opened by an Indian, and the sanitary conditions are much better. , it does still feel a bit humid, but the climate is like this, so it is acceptable. It is not a big problem to stay for a few days. I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The advantage is that there are various restaurants and restaurants within a radius of 3 minutes' walk downstairs. Snacks save you money on a taxi. Believe me, taxis in Hong Kong are ridiculously expensive. You can save a lot of money just by going to the snack street downstairs of the hotel. The aunt at the front desk is very nice and will answer all your questions. I am not as arrogant as some Hong Kong locals. The shower was very comfortable, the hot water and pressure were sufficient, and the hotel was quiet and not noisy. The shortcomings are also obvious. It is true that the hotel's infrastructure can only reach the level of small hotels in the urban-rural fringe of **************. You can see it by looking at the pictures~~The air conditioner (not the common hanging air conditioner or central air conditioner) starts up The noise and vibration are a bit loud at the end. Of course, it is older, but the cooling effect is not bad, and it can be used for several hours after being turned on for 10 minutes. There is no hair dryer, only in the corridor. In short, the infrastructure is really only considered To make ends meet, a hotel with good infrastructure in Hong Kong is estimated to cost more than 800 and 1,000 yuan. However, it was still a pleasant stay. I thought clearly about the price level in Hong Kong before I stayed there, so I wouldn't feel that there was a gap. I will stay here again on business trips in the future, the price is good, haha!

The location is really great! Just downstairs is Sneaker Street~ The surrounding area is very lively and very close to the subway station~ The room is very clean and the aunt at the front desk is very polite~ There is a paid luggage storage service, and it is 50 yuan for half a day after check-out~ I will come again next time~

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of Renkang Building, No. 45-47 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, just near Sneaker Street, and the location is very convenient. The reception is on the second floor, which is no different from the general clock hotel. I booked a double bed room online, but it turned out that I had to go to another unit on the 6th floor. They didn't use the key card but directly used the key, and they also charged a deposit of 200 , although it is refunded when checking out, but this kind of hotel is a bit superfluous! The room is not as big as the introduction. There is only one ordinary double bed when you enter the room. Other basic equipment includes electric kettle, water cup, toothbrush set, wall-mounted TV, air conditioner, etc., but there are no coffee and tea bags, no mini electric cabinet and safe, no wardrobe, etc. . The bedside table has a light switch, an electric switch, and a USB charging plug. This aspect is to be praised. The environment is considered quiet. If you don't need to stay overnight, the price is relatively cheap!

The location of the hotel is okay in the city center, next to the subway station! very convenient But the hotel environment is really not flattering. It's a bit dirty. The pillow covers, sheets and quilts are all dirty, and the room is not soundproofed. You can hear every sound from next door clearly at night!
