Good location, near MTR, kindly staff , if you did not have Mach a budget it might fit to you.

The overall environment is just dirty, messy, and small. If you're a clean freak, do yourself a favor and skip this place.

If you're over 175cm tall, don't come here. The bed is too short; you can't stretch out your legs. Facilities: The bed is too short, ugh! Hygiene: It's okay, you get what you pay for. Service: Pretty good, they have hot water!

The location is good perfect for me but the cleanliness is bad for me and also the smell is I can't sleep and smell cigarettes. The whole way and games in my room I stayed for 4 days am enjoyed the outside than the I stay I got sick after 4days coughing a lot because of the smell of cigarettes. So bad for me.

The manager is very cooperative. Place is 4 minutes walk from metro.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was really convenient as the reception was right outside the elevator. The hotel is very close to Mong Kok MTR station, and there are tons of food options nearby. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to Goldfish Street and the footbridge.

This was my first stay here and I had a great experience! For Hong Kong, it's definitely a good value for money. The place was clean, and the landlady was very welcoming. Getting around is super convenient too, with a bus stop right downstairs and a MTR station not far away. Easy to get anywhere!

The location is great, but the room and bathroom were tiny, and the cleanliness wasn't up to par.

The owner was very kind; they upgraded me to a single room since there were no beds left.

I don’t think it is a good experience and I don’t recommend this. There is no Wi-Fi connection at 6 PM one night and and I can’t use it for my assignment. The staff had a very bad attitude. Staff even want to ask to change the rubbish plastic bag by ourselves . additionally, staff kept the cute for about six nights and she haven’t changed even one times which made us very angry . beside this when we want to look for our staff to ask for help, they’re always no stuff here  .which was very irresponsible . and I can open the television, even though the staff told me it has been repaired.  I think the only advantage thing is a location, which is a very convenient that we can eat Many delicious food.  I forgot one thing the air conditioner also can shoot water that astonished us for very long time.   

The guest was generally satisfied and reported no issues.

Very nice hotel with friendly customer service . if I come back to Hongkong ,I will book it again.

It was affordable and felt like home since my housemates were friendly. The only concern was the electricity going on and off, but the service was immediate.
