Traveling during Chinese New Year, I booked a family room. The location is absolutely fantastic and easy to find. There's a subway and bus station right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. You can also walk to plenty of places for food and shopping. The owner is very chatty and approachable. I was quite worried after reading some reviews, but it turned out to be fine when I actually got there; I didn't find any cockroaches. Of course, I brought my own disposable bed sheets and duvet covers out of personal habit. When you're traveling, you spend most of your time outside, so as a temporary base, this location and price are acceptable. I'd choose to stay here again next time I visit. Words can't describe the hygiene issues! The owner swore at us and wrongly accused guests! And they didn't even apologize after the truth came out! As a 20-year Ctrip user, this is my first bad review. My travel mood is completely ruined, I just want to escape this horrible place as quickly as possible!

Stayed for three nights with the kids. The guesthouse was super easy to find, located in Tsim Sha Tsui, one of Hong Kong's busiest areas. Right downstairs, there are A21 bus stops and subway entrances, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can totally rely on Gaode Maps for accurate navigation, whether you're walking or taking the bus/subway. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars, the Space Museum, the Science Museum, the Art Museum, and the Museum of History. I even walked to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei myself. Getting anywhere is a breeze. The room was small, and the facilities were average, but it did have a universal adapter, so you don't need to bring your own. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. The accommodation felt very safe and quiet. The owner, from Hainan, is a really nice person and easy to communicate with. You can reach out to them for any issues during your stay! I also wish the owner a prosperous business!

Our stay is good here. The reception Mr is nice even though he does not speak english. He showed us where we could eat on the first night we stayed. Hot and cold drinking water is provided. There is a hot shower and aircon is working fine. Room is clean, no unpleasant smell. Disposable toothbrush and towels are provided. We already expected that the room is small since this is Hongkong but good thing that three of us and our 4 medium luggages fit in the room. Location is superb! Super near mtr and bus station. Will definitely book here again. Thank you.

I can tolerate slightly older facilities, but dirtiness is a dealbreaker. As long as it's clean, I can accept a small space for sleeping. The hotel's location is excellent; there are many dining options just two streets behind it, and transportation is super convenient. Downstairs, you'll find the MTR, airport bus, and many other bus lines. The building itself is quite clean, with no sketchy individuals around, and the room has two security doors, making it very safe. The room is well-equipped, though it lacks towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. There's a water dispenser in the hallway providing hot and cold water. The room and bathroom are both very small. I forgot to take pictures.

The guesthouse is in a very convenient location, close to both bus stops and the MTR, making transportation easy. The owner is a kind and friendly uncle, and free drinking water is available for refilling during the stay. Although the room is small, it is clean and sufficient for resting. The air conditioning works well and keeps the room cool. This place is suitable for solo travelers who are looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Location: Super Convenient! A21/N21 bus was just downstairs. Tsim Tsa Tsui C2 exit was just less walk. Price: Affordable Even the frontdesk was not english speaking but he accommodate our request. Small room was popular in HK, but they have hot shower, sink and bowl..They have amenities. body wash, shampoo, disposable toothbrush, kettle. The good thing is the elevator was not crowded like other building in chungking and mirador.

Clean and good location but a bit small room same as Hongkong style

My room is very small. I have 3 of my luggages. And it's very very fit in the room. The location is near isquare shopping.

A pretty normal hostel room for Hongkong, but our first room was infested with cockroaches, so that we had to demand another room. I still found one roach on the next day, but that was ok. It wasnt very clean and in a pretty bad shape (e.g. on tile in the bathroom was sinking in when u step on it what also squeezed out water that seeps in when you shower).

We got windows which was nice. The location is rlly perfect, just along nathan road. The Receptionist is non-english speaker. The room was clean, it wasnt that small, it was okay for 2 people. No hidden charges or additional cleaning charges. They provided only toothbrush and a disposable towel for the whole stay. It was secured and quiet. There’s a weird smell on the foyer or hallway as you enter the unit but it was okay. They provided 2 adapters in the room and has free wifi but sometimes it’s a bit slow. Overall, I’d recommend this and would book this again.

The room is affordable. We are family of four, the space is just enough. The owner knows how to speak english, however the staff is hard to communcate because he cannot understnd english. You need to ask for towels if you want a new one. Same with the beddings. The location is conviniently located near TST MRT station exit C2. Bus is A21, 1 hr ride.

Good location, room was clean. Owner was rude and not very friendly, not sure if its because we are tourists. Hard to find, in a mansion on the 10th floor.
