The hygiene was excellent, and the view was good, with plenty of natural light. The service was very enthusiastic, and check-in was smooth. The location is very convenient, with many famous restaurants and small shops, several shopping malls, and one-stop shopping hot spots.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The accommodation was good. The location is right in the heart of Mong Kok, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk lady had a good attitude and provided thoughtful service. She even accommodated my request to change rooms. For a city center hotel, the room was quite spacious. The only minor points were that the walls and wallpaper were a bit old. However, the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The desk was also clean. The view was quite open. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was strong. Overall, it was a good experience, especially the front desk service. I'll definitely come back again.

Also, the hotel has an eco-friendly policy and doesn't automatically provide certain disposable items, so remember to ask at the front desk if you need them. Overall, it's a decent stay, especially for travelers who prioritize convenience.

Lots of restaurants stay open late around here, so you can always grab a proper meal or some local desserts even when you come back late at night. Only thing is, Hong Kong rooms are always tiny, haha! 😂 But the cleanliness was excellent, very tidy.
