The hotel was excellent. It's only a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and the staff were very friendly. We even got a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

The environment is great, the decor is very new, and the sea is right downstairs. There's a bus shuttle to the subway station, and the breakfast is varied and plentiful. I've stayed here many times, and the service is excellent. Speaking Mandarin is all you need. Highly recommend!

They offer a pick-up service from the subway and a drop-off service to the airport. That alone makes it a winner. Plus, the room has huge windows that make it feel much larger than it is. No strange smells, very clean. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for business trips.

Booked this hotel for a two-day trip to Hong Kong Disneyland with the kids, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The hotel shuttle bus was incredibly convenient for airport transfers and shopping at Tung Chung Station. The Ngong Ping 360 cable car is highly recommended – you get panoramic views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the entire airport, which is absolutely spectacular. The Big Buddha's serene presence, appearing and disappearing in the mist, is definitely worth seeing. Service was decent, and the value for money was excellent.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are enthusiastic. Breakfast is good, and they even offer late-night snacks. There's a free shuttle to the airport and Citygate Outlets at fixed times, making transportation very convenient.

My overall experience at this hotel was fantastic! Katy at the front desk was incredibly efficient, handling my check-in quickly without any long wait. I wasn't sure about the airport shuttle schedule, and she proactively pulled up her tablet, pointing to the timetable and patiently explaining the departure times and pick-up/drop-off locations in both English and Chinese. She was so thoughtful and detailed. The hotel's airport shuttle service is very convenient, and the staff are attentive and caring. It's the perfect place to stay for a layover, highly recommended!

If you're heading to Central, it can be a bit tiring. The staff are very enthusiastic. I stayed for three days, and the cleaning staff were very responsible, cleaning every day. On my first day, I left my phone at the front desk, and they immediately helped me find it, which I really appreciate. The hotel's airport shuttle and subway shuttle are both very convenient; if you plan your time well, it saves a lot of effort. The shuttles are all large buses, depart on time, and have a big capacity. The soundproofing is a little bit poor; if someone stays up late and makes noise, it can affect your rest. The noodle soup for breakfast was quite tasty.

Close to the airport, the hotel is surrounded by residential areas with several good value dim sum restaurants and convenience stores. There's a shuttle bus service to the airport and subway.
