This hotel on Cheung Chau Island has been around for a long time and is considered one of the best. It's close to the beach, offering comfortable sea views. Enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of waves, what a relaxing trip! My favorite is the customer service manager, Luo Dudu, who is super cute. He even has fixed working hours, so if it's past 4 PM, you'll have to wait until 7 AM tomorrow to see him 😂

As the only large hotel on Cheung Chau Island, it's pretty good. The only drawback is the stairs leading to the lobby, they're quite a workout! Hope they can improve that. The scenery is nice and the service is great too.

I came to Cheung Chau for the Bun Festival, and the price was much cheaper than during peak season. The environment was definitely better than staying in a holiday home, with a balcony and a partial sea view. Right outside, there's a children's playground and a beach. However, the air conditioning was freezing cold, and the duvet was incredibly thin. I've never seen such a thin duvet provided by a hotel, and it was small too... Even with the AC set to 30 degrees Celsius on the lowest fan speed, I was still getting goosebumps. But if I turned it off, it was too hot, so sleeping was a real struggle. The Wi-Fi password was clearly displayed in the lobby and elevator, but in the room, it was stuck on a mirror, and I couldn't find it for ages. On top of that, the signal was very poor, even slower than my Hong Kong and Macau data roaming package.

Best accommodation on the island. Definately nice place for short staycation. I like the room has nice sea view with open balcony. Always love wake up to the sound of waves and bird chirping by the window or to.just sitting in the balcony sipping cup of coffee every morning Breakfast is in set meal which is OK but wish I could get better coffee in that price. Overall, it's one of those hotel that i would always happy to stay whenever i come to HK.

A very old hotel but this is still the BEST hotel with Sea view in cheung chau. I just hope they have a better buffet and heater setting on AC during winter. So far I still recommend 👍

The standard check-out time is 12 PM. We negotiated with the front desk and got an extension until 1 PM. However, we ended up checking out at 1:30 PM and were charged an additional 200. Haha, well, I wish you all the best with your business. The service quality across various industries in Hong Kong is really declining. I call upon Andy Lau to advocate for better service!

Big, cosy family room containing a big double bed, a bunk bed for 2 kids, and a dining table with kettle and tea plus a fridge. The snack basket was a nice surprise for the kids! Located just by Tung Wan Beach and kids playground which my kids love. Cheung Chau sports centre is just next door where kids can enjoy the free playroom in case of bad weather, while adults can book sports facilities too. We went to the sports centre each morning and evening to fill our water bottles with free filtered drinking water. The reception told us that breakfast is served as sets now, rather than buffet. Our booking did not include breakfast and we found great cafes near the pier, just before we started our hikes each day. We recommend Cheung Po Tsai cave and the beaches, which means you'll need to bring swimming and sandplay gear. You may book barbecue pits at the hotel and buy raw foods from shops nearby, but we haven't tried that and instead enjoy cooked food at local restaurants.
