There were insects; a few of them crawled onto my face and hands while I was sleeping.

the lady at the counter was really nice and i really liked how the room she gave us had a window. the cars outside could be loud though

Very disappointing experience. We booked a specific room, but the hotel changed our room yesterday without our permission or prior notice. This was very frustrating and unacceptable, especially after we had specifically chosen and paid for the original room. I expected better communication and respect from the hotel. I hope management takes this issue seriously and provides an appropriate explanation and solution.

The lady who takes care of the place is very kind and helpful. She looked after us really well, and everything was clean. If we needed anything, we could just ask her. The room was okay on the smaller side, but that’s pretty typical for Hong Kong. The location is excellent, though. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it’s very close to the MTR and bus stops, which made getting around super convenient.

The staff was very professional and very welcoming. The amenities were average for Hong Kong but the location was outstanding, just a block away from T.O.P mall and MTR.

The owner/receptionist differentiates this guesthouse from the hundreds of other guesthouses in Kowloon. Clean, literally at the MTR, everything within walking distance, mongkok shopping street, Langham plaza, even the cross border buses are right there. Recommend for single travelers
