the lady at the counter was really nice and i really liked how the room she gave us had a window. the cars outside could be loud though

The lady who takes care of the place is very kind and helpful. She looked after us really well, and everything was clean. If we needed anything, we could just ask her. The room was okay on the smaller side, but that’s pretty typical for Hong Kong. The location is excellent, though. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it’s very close to the MTR and bus stops, which made getting around super convenient.

For this price, being able to stay in a guesthouse like this in Mong Kok is already excellent. It's clean, hygienic, well-equipped, and the service attitude is very good. I've already stayed for 4 days. Eating nearby is very convenient, and the self-service washing machine on the first floor is also very handy.

The service and hygiene were both good, and the lady at the front desk was very nice! There could be a bit more guidance for the location; someone easily confused might have trouble finding it. It's very convenient to have a breakfast place right downstairs.

The lady of the hotel it’s very friendly and polite she helped us to find where is the place and let us choose the best room for us. The hotel was clean, have a private small bathroom. It’s very close to the subway station, bus station, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby! I recommend it if you are traveling or staying for one or two nights ✅

The owner is super nice and quickly resolved any issues we had, which was really great. We stayed for three days straight, and the location was incredibly convenient. We could walk to Ladies' Market, Goldfish Market, the Instagram-famous bridge, Temple Street, and many other places. There are also lots of great food options nearby. It's definitely a place I'd stay at again!

Clean and a very thoughtful landlady. There's a cute cat to play with, and the location is great. The price perfectly matches the quality. The room space is a bit limited, but it's comparable to other hotels of the same standard in the area.

We had an unexpected connecting flight delay and had to spend 20 hours in Hong Kong. We found this hotel online, booked, met the manager at the door and had a peaceful stay at the hotel. The area seemed pretty easy to get around from. We went for a walk and grabbed some lunch nearby.

The location is perfect. You can’t expect the room size and comfort stay with this amount. The staff is from mainland China, very kind and friendly.

Our room was assigned on the 16th floor -- it is fine, has a view of the streets and buildings, and is suitable for a family of 5 (with two double beds and one single bed). The bed is comfortable and provided with bed pillows and quilts. Our room has available clothes hangers, an air conditioner, two tables to place our things, and an extension cord with compatible plugs to charge our devices. The bathroom is fine - bath tissues, body wash, shampoo, and disposable bath towels are provided. The hotel is provided with free Wi-Fi, a dispenser for hot and cold water, paper cups, toiletries, and hot shower. The lady (owner) in the hotel is nice and always willing to assist if we have any concerns or requests, despite our language barriers. This is recommended for tourists who want to stay for an affordable price and easy access to walk through the Mongkok or Prince Edward MTR stations or bus stations nearby, access to food (a restaurant at the Ground Floor serving Chinese food bowls or a fast-food nearby), services (laundry shop at the Ground Floor) grocery/ convenience store, and even through well-known shopping places like the Ladies Market and the Sneakers Street. For communication, must recommend using WeChat app to communicate to the owner.

My experience with this guesthouse in Hong Kong was a bit mixed. On the one hand, the hosts' service attitude was truly commendable – they were friendly and helpful, which definitely added a bright spot to my stay. However, the room facilities and services fell short of expectations. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were just average, with outdated and poorly maintained facilities, which significantly dampened my overall impression of the guesthouse. In summary, while the hosts' service deserves praise, the guesthouse's hardware facilities and service quality still have room for improvement. For budget travelers or those with lower accommodation demands, this might still be a decent option.

This hotel isn't the best, but the service definitely gets an eleven out of ten, and it's great value for money.
