Nice room with bathtub for enjoyment! Shuttle svc is nice to return to city! Breakfast time would be good to extend till 10:30 or 11:00am! Thx!

Lovely spot in Sai Kung. Our room was great and all the amenities. I appreciate the environmental effort such as a water filter in the room rather than plastic bottles. The pool is really beautiful. It was very cold in February but I appreciate that they keep it open year round , and it was like a very refreshing cold bath and a place to admire the view. The breakfast was fantastic. Great stay.

Excellent hotel, spacious room and we were upgraded to a room with balcony and ocean view. Great amenities and nice pool too. It would be great if the buffet breakfast is less rushed as it ends at 10am.

The rooms are quite big and have a good sense of space. The landscape is sunny and the privacy is high. The location are quite good. I highly recommend everyone to come to a staycation to celebrate together.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying at WM. We’ve always loved the location, service, and the environment here. The restaurants are great too. This time we stayed at the 2/F with no balcony but still got a big bathtub. - there’s a noise problem, very serious noise problem. There was a group of people, I believe who stayed right below us - have been chatting very loudly on their balcony even after midnight. I called the front desk to talk about this but it still took quite a while to get them quiet. Didn’t really get a good sleep. But other things are great.

Facility and location are good. However, the hotel service is very poor, for instant, upon check in, the front desk staff spoke like a robot, just get the job done even not confirming the booking information, asking for $3,000 deposit is nonsense. On check out date, front desk staff offered 10 mins when you are requesting a late check out. In the room, hair found on the floor, bed sheet has a hole, the socket in room is not universal, so if you forgot to bring your own adapter, you would need to walk down to front desk to sign on a form to borrow an adapter. You won’t believe it happened to a hotel you are paying this kind of price. Overall this hotel doesn’t worth this price and you may consider other hotel with better hospitality mindset Last but not least, the pool with particular ocean view is awesome, but the opening hours is unbelievable. It’s opened from 09:00-11:45 & 13:00-18:00. Yes, the opening hours are same with offices in Hong Kong Central.

Good view

Very nice location and view. Got upgraded to a room with rooftop but had to sacrifice the bathtub - regretted doing that as the roof was of no use. Found some nails on the floor and on the bed. That was disgusting. Housekeeping was efficient to rectify that by replacing a new bed sheet. Not sure if that was the linen chemicals or what, my family and I all had irritated skin on the bed. Buffet dinner was good, service of the FnB team at the dinner place as well as the reception was not bad too. Still a lovely stay.

The room was great as we got upgraded to a room with a porch, however, the smart tv in the room was the worse that I have ever experienced as the AirPlay system didn’t work AT ALL. I was hoping to throw a small party with my girl while watching a soccer match, but the failure of the AirPlay just turned everything down, even the maintenance couldn’t fix the problem, and this is really disappointing.
