Response from Property: Dear customer, you probably don’t know anything about Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, where everything is expensive, hotels are basically old buildings (especially in Mong Kok area). You haven’t done your homework 😂😂. As for the small room (you get what you pay for), you can choose a more expensive king or twin room next time🙏🙏. If you want a room as spacious as a mainland hotel, you have to choose a hotel with 4 stars or above🙏🙏. As for disposable beds, there is no other small hotel like ours in Hong Kong that is willing to use disposable beds regardless of the higher cost. Another thing is to understand the difference between a hotel and a hotel😯.

Our hotel has a notice that check-in is possible in the early morning, but sometimes if a night shift colleague is sick, we will notify customer service in advance to tell guests that the check-in time has changed. Today I verified that Ctrip customer service notified you before 10:30, not you. Said before 12 o'clock. There is also a charge of $50 for luggage storage. Do we charge you for it?
