The location is super convenient, right downstairs from the MTR station, and just a ten-minute walk to the seaside. The room was bigger than I expected, and everything was really clean. The staff lady who helped me gave clear directions. Overall, for this price, I couldn't ask for more. The best part was they provided a power strip adapter, which was a thoughtful touch.

Honestly, the room I was given was really bad. It smelled strongly and had no windows for ventilation. There was only one Filipina staff member managing everything, but her Mandarin wasn't very good, which made communication difficult. The air conditioning was old, the toilet was leaking, and the bed was so short I had to sleep curled up.

They had an infestation of cockroaches under our bed, -10/10 experience. I want to start by saying that the woman was very kind and sweet, but I have my limits in what I can tolerate. My first impression of the room was that it was very small, old, and shitty, but that's what we paid for, and we only needed a bed to sleep in and get a shower. I also saw a roach, and I thought, that can happen, not a big deal, and then we went out to see the city. When we came back, I saw at least 6, one of them on top of the bed. I asked for something to kill them, she gave me a roach killer spray can, she apologized and said not to open the windows because they come from there, so we were supposed to sleep there with no ventilation?! When I started spraying the roach killer I saw they were coming out non-stop from the foundation of the bed. I can deal with a small or dirty room, but this is beyond any limits. So we had to find another place and move at 1 am. We asked for a refund because we paid for two nights on trip.com, and they said they would not give us anything. If you don't want your trip to be ruined, find somewhere else. I cannot upload videos, but i sent to the hotel proof, of videos of bugs running around, and they didn’t care.

They sent very detailed directions before my stay, which was great and I found the place without any trouble. However, it didn't say which floor to go to, so I spent about 10 minutes downstairs figuring things out before I finally got there. I debated a lot after reading the reviews before finally booking, half-expecting to be sleeping with cockroaches. But to my surprise, the room was spotless, and the sheets were clean. The gatekeeper is a very sweet auntie, really nice, and even speaks some Mandarin, so communication was no problem at all! I'll definitely come again next time~

we got room at 6th floor instead of 14th floor, but the facilities are the same. location is very good, bus stop just in front of the building. you can ride bus A21 from and to airport. metro station just 1 min walk. the room is very small, but it's common in HK. bedroom and bathroom are super clean. they provide real towels too. overall it was a nice stay. the lady is also very nice and speak good english.

Great location, Room was not clean -- i saw cockroaches(forgot to take pic). AIRCONDITION IS TOO LOUD! NOT WORKING PROPERLY! TOO LOUD ALL NIGHT! Building outside is better than chungking mansion, lobby was clean. over all We had a wonderful experience! The caretaker made sure everything was well-prepared. The hotel was unresponsive and didn’t reply to my emails, even when I asked how to get there from the airport and requested a room with a window. They only contacted me on the day of our arrival.
