It is not a typical hotel, more like a remodeled flat with several rooms on the second floor of a residential building. The only entrance is a go up staircase and you go to your room through a narrow passage. The size of my room is pretty good in compare to other Hong Kong hotels and they remodeled the entire place less than a year ago. The room looks very clean and organized in such a way that you get all you need within a limited space. The location is also very good , close to airport bus stops and to all transportation. There are many eateries and stores in this area. The staff is very friendly, I would recommend it to travelers with light luggage and short stays.

I booked for 4 bunk beds (like the capsule), at first, the receptionist lady brought me to a room with just 3 beds inside, no curtains or splitter to seperate each other. I asked her, why the room looks so different. she said she would change the room for me in the next day, and asked me to stay in that room for 1 night. I was ok with her deal, the next day, she changed the room for me to the bunk bed.
Bunk bed was not bad (but also not that good) my bed position was not that good). I don't think the cold air can get to my bed position that much. Some night, I sweat a lot!! .
About the cleanliness it is good.
About the receptionist lady, she was so nice, I can see her efforts which trying so hard helping me.
About the location, also good, in Causeway bay near mtr and bus stop.
The price is cheap if you thinking about hong kong (small, limited land).

Nice place and affordable price! The staff couldn't speak English but he was kind. It was quite hard to find and there were 4 different name of this place(maybe some business reasons). And my room's noise which was from the air fan made me be hard to sleep. But I recommend this place if you are finding reasonable place

It’s just a good place to stay at during your trip, if you’re spending most of your time out, and you need a bed to just sleep. Also, the walls are so thin, that you’ll probably need earplugs to have a good rest. But it’s Hong Kong, what else would you expect? Other than that our room was clean, the air conditioning was working well. The sockets aren’t equipped with adapters, make sure to bring your own.

Bedsheet doesn't seem to be changed between customers... pretty bad sound insulation so you will probably wake up at night. Location is very good, close to metro and many landmarks and ferries. Has computer 🖥️, microwave and fridge. People are very friendly, you can make new friends easily. Good option for budget young traveler, other people may find it substandard...

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Times Square in Causeway Bay, and the subway is very convenient. The bed in the room is clean and tidy, and the basic facilities are all available. Bottled water is provided, and the hot water for bathing comes out quickly, but the washbasin is squeezed in the corner, which is a bit inconvenient. From the location point of view, it is quite worth it, especially in the peak tourist season, it can be used as a substitute for star hotels. Highly recommended.

It's cheap, not at all as the picture its advertised , like a dormitory bunker with a decent bed and mattress, blankets are clean and pillow is okay, toilet is horrible with shower and no space to move. The amenities are only bad quality roller paper and a towel. Nothing else! The hotel and attract more customers if they are better with decent real pictures and better service, the owner a guy who doesn't speak English is really unfriendly and cold. He has no way to treat guests. They had shampoo though... It's okay for one night or short term. Easy check in and out! No deposit!

Family led hotel. They’re kinda cute. The grandma at the reception is a menace though. She doesn’t mess around. I checked out a little late and caught that look.. She screamed at me and I swear she was one slipper away from going full kung fu on me.
It’s ok cause at that point I was used to the hongkong treatment.

Ssiu sin wanThe rooms are often considered special. I like the bathtub. The most special thing is that there is a head-shot screen. I only saw it once at the Continental Hotel. I have tried many hotels on the left. The room is considered civilian. The last time was ok
DDivosThe place is located on the 4th floor of some business building . The rooms are quite big , have a solid bathroom . I liked my room , is big and nice , comparing with other hostel’s rooms . I’d only 6min from causeway metro station .
Location is good .
