Hong Kong Wan Chai District 2-star Hotels

This is definitely on the lower end of hotels in HK price wise, and obviously that is reflected in what you get. However, I will say that the room that I got is not what I expected based on the pictures. Pictures show 3 windows, and I got a window with a view to a backyard that smelled less than great. Probably will find another hotel next time visiting HK, but it is ok if you're on a budget and just need a place to stay. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel is very good. The location is relatively easy to find. It's not too far from the subway station. But the room feels small. The hygiene is OK. The front desk is also quite friendly, but I feel that communication is a little difficult.

What can I say about this hotel? There are so many great things. For example, the staff members are so nice and the location is perfect for getting around town. I recommend the Thai restaurant nearby. They have a greatest Pas Thai. In summary, I like this place and I think you will too. 

How can I put it, I seemed a little disappointed when I entered. I am used to living in Macau... I understand everything 😂 I couldn't get used to it at first... Later, my companion said that it was much better than the last time he lived in Central... At least I can move around. It's big enough for luggage...it's also spacious...the bathroom is also quite big, and there's nothing wrong with it...I gradually got used to it, after all, space is at a premium...You can actually see movies on the TV📺 that can't be played. The color...hahahahaha😄I just turned on the TV on the last night...I regret it...The transportation is very convenient. I took the bus from the airport🚌...I just walked through a small alley and got there...The name of this building is not Obviously, I asked a few people before I saw it. You can take a look. The red era hotel is in that building... The management staff is not bad. No one else said it. The attitude is bad. I think it is not bad. The deposit is 100. On the last day After the flight in the morning, I stored my luggage and put it on the floor in the corridor. The eldest sister said it was fine and couldn't be thrown away, so we went to play... I came back at 11 o'clock at night and had three hurried meals together. There was a car in the early hours of the night. I looked at the time and rushed to catch the bus to the airport... I arrived at the station on time at 12.06... I caught up and stayed at the airport for one night... 😂 Overall it was good... I will come again next time... I basically come here 3 times a year Last time, I came here during the epidemic. The hotel I stayed in at that time has now doubled several times. I can’t bear to part with it... I recommend everyone to go out to the island... I never leave a comment. I have nothing to do on the subway today... hahaha …

Value for money, the location is good, it is not expensive in the city!

Brand new and convenient motel, located in the heart of Causeway Bay, close to major shopping malls and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, with convenient transportation and close to the MTR station

Every time I go to Hong Kong, the hotel rooms are really small. The rooms in this hotel are pretty big. Although the window is small and there is no view, Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It feels a bit like renovating an old house, But I heard from the aunt at the front desk that they have been running this hotel for 30 or 40 years and have just renovated it. It's very good. It's too close to the shopping district of Causeway Bay. I will stay here again next time I come to Hong Kong👏

Location-wise. The hotel is located in the middle of Wanchai and Causeway Bay metro station. You can either take one of these stations. The bus stop is right outside the main entrance on both sides. Tramways are a 1minute walk from the hotel. Restaurants, markets and 24-hour convenience stores are nearby. There’s a game centre just across the road which made us happy. Cleanliness- The room itself has its own touch. Mostly clean bed linen, towels and surroundings. The areas are well-wiped and cleaned. The bathroom is clean with toiletries. Service - the front desk was kind and very friendly. They helped us out with the baggage and helped us settle in our room earlier than our check-in time. The cleaning lady was jolly and changed the towels every day. Amenities- We haven't checked much. We were mostly out every day and found the lovely hotel restaurant downstairs. They have quite a good selection of food- which we figured out quite late.

In my opinion, the location is great where you can easily find from the exit station and locate in the area. Note: you have to ask for towel change, or more shower kits or cleaning (just the trash clean), otherwise there will be nothing more than the first day. The service is good according to local Hongkong hotel which is slightly different from a REALLY good hotel in another country (just my thoughts it doesn't mean it's that bad) Overall is fine for me, but there are something to improve like there were leaking spots in the hotel which maybe from oldness of hotel. Service and taking care is good which you can find in other hotels, if you can accept a little bit old hotel exchange with location, then it's ok. PS. I stayed 6 days and ask for cleaning only once.

Clean, simple. Booked this one to stay after long day at Disney. Because other closest hotels are 10 times more expensive. This one is further, than others, but still not as far as city centre. Although I’d still book city center next time, if I plan to stay and walk the next day there. To get there: subway from Disney + mini bus. Walking 5 minutes after that. follow Apple Maps. Only we couldn’t find the exit from the subway to the mini bus. Needed to ask some locals. The bed was super uncomfortable and hard, as well as a pillow was very thin. But it was clean, cheap, with hot shower and for only 1 night.
