衞生：整體入住感覺是很好的 但是給我升級房型之後是上下兩層的樹屋 二樓的床上好多蟲子 晚上我再上去看還有衹隱翅蟲！！！在床單上爬 屬實不敢睡 度假酒店在江浙滬住過不少 也是在山裡麪 但是防護蚊蟲的措施做的很到位 床品都很乾凈 不會看到那些蟲子
服務：還有就是去前台辦理入住 非常自然的臨時告知我 有個團隊把我本來攜程預訂的房型訂滿了 自動跟我升級了更大的兩層木屋 雖然彷彿是撿了個便宜 但是進房間後真的是兩張床都有很多蟲 然後馬桶的衞生死角也沒有做的那麼細緻 希望在酒店方可以多督促管理一下（房型被迫升級可不可以提前電話溝通告知）因為我是平台定好的房間 還有就是衞生方面和防範蚊蟲方面可以措施做得更好！

After I checked in, the Hong'an Milan Flower Hotel gave me a very pleasant stay experience! Before stepping into the hotel, I was attracted by its elegant design. The lighting at the door and the five-pointed ceiling of the lobby felt the warm atmosphere and did not lose the high-end atmosphere.
Room facilities: The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the room is fully furnished, and the room style is comfortable.
Food and beverage services: The hotel's restaurant offers a wide variety of food, authentic taste, rich breakfast, especially like the hot dry noodles in the morning!
Service attitude: Every employee is smiling, friendly and makes people feel at home. Whether it is front desk consultation or room service, they respond quickly and solve problems efficiently.

GGuest UserThe hotel is full of technology when entering the door. The room facilities are in addition to the computer and the screen-cast theater. It is a supermarket when you go out. It is a food street next to it. It is a 10-minute drive from Hong'an West Station and a 30-minute drive to Hong'an City. The hotel owner and the front desk are very nice. Every time you travel, you will live.
