The place is really nice, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoy our stay. Maybe we are not used to the service apartment type so we were expecting daily cleaning service like removing thrash and changing towels at the very least. Overall it’s good but do bring your own toiletries.

Booked their gold suite and it is one of most spacious and biggest accomodation in gangwon-do. The suite consists of 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms and comes equipped with a kitchenette. Perfect place for big groups or families.

so so only , travelling with young children , hotel stay swimming pool need pay money , the slowly land is far away from this hotel .

It's great for a big family trip. We booked two Gold Grand Suites and went on a big family trip with 15 people. The kids loved it and the adults loved it too.

It is located in a quiet location, so it is very good for families, except for the fact that it is a bit far from Vivaldi Snow Park, so it is difficult to get there by car and park when using the ski resort. The room condition is good, and the best part is that there is a prepared room, so early check-in is possible. I definitely want to visit again^^

The check-in time was before 3pm, but since it was the ***** New Year holiday, there were many guests and there were no rooms of the same class available..ㅠㅠ The kind staff upgraded us, so thanks to them, my whole family was able to rest very comfortably and come back~^^
The accommodations were great for the whole family to gather and rest, with a bed room, an ondol room, and a spacious living room~
