I often go there because it's close to Seoul and the facilities are clean, so I travel with my dog. This time, it snowed a lot, so the view was amazing, including the beautiful snowy scenery.

My family of three (wife and daughter) and I went to Sonopet for 2 days and 1 night with our pet dog, Kuu. I felt great because the cleanliness of the accommodation was so good from the entrance. I was so satisfied with the various amenities and the service of being able to play with a fire, so I plan to visit often when I have the chance. In particular, the dog bathing area was cleaner and more convenient than any other self-bathing service in Bundang, so I felt like I had to come to Sonopet just for the dog bathing.

I went there with my family, and the facilities for dogs were well-equipped, and even though there were a lot of dogs, there was no smell or any part of the facility that was not managed, and it was very comfortable and nice. The entire family said they would visit again next time~ The best part was that the dog park in front was really great! They could run around freely, and the areas where large dogs and small and medium-sized dogs could play were separated, so it was very nice.

The official website said check-in was at 3pm, but when I arrived, they were told that I had to wait for cleaning until 4pm before check-in, which made me wait for an hour. Moreover, my suitcase could not be stored, so I had to put in my own coins.

The facilities in the hotel can be seen to be newly opened, and the clerks are friendly and courteous, but their English is really poor, and because I didn't bring a puppy with me, the front desk staff asked me many times strangely why I booked this hotel? I need to use a translator to keep translating. It would be better if we could hire some clerks who speak better English. The reason is that I like dogs very much, and even if I travel, I want to go to a hotel with dogs. Since I didn’t bring any animals with me, the front desk staff also gave me some coupons, including horse riding and massage coupons, but horse riding It’s not open, so I can only go for a massage. The massage was in another hotel. It took 15 minutes to walk from our hotel. But when we went to the hotel over there, the reception staff had a very bad attitude and didn't understand English at all. They didn't understand the Massage either. In the end, we had to do it at the front desk. It took 20 minutes to get a massage, but there was only one masseur. Many water signs were only in Korean and not in English. It was not user friendly enough. Also, the bed is a little itchy
