第一次來住，感覺很不錯，服務周到，衞生也很乾凈，最印象深刻的就是一些小細節，房間有一次性眼罩、一次性洗面巾，還有一次性馬桶坐墊、潤膚乳和護髮素，真的看的出老闆很用心，晚上給前台打電話需要送東西，也很及時，下次回洪湖還會選擇這裏。

很晚過去辦理入住，問前台可以升級不，冷冰冰的回，不可以。進房間後一股煙味，打開窗户門空調一個小時才好點。枕頭還有黃色的污漬沒洗乾淨。之前住過一次，感覺還不錯。但這次有點拉胯，下次不去了。衞生有待改進

硬件設施亟待提升。具體體現在以下幾個方面：一是洗手間門鎖損壞，無法關閉；二是衞生間的蓬頭是壞的，水流小，沖洗十分不便；三是房間逼仄，束手束腳，與價格檔次不太匹配。希望以上三點建議，不會讓店主覺得是吹毛求疵，想把生意做好，還是要在改善硬件方面下很大功夫的。

房間乾淨整潔，交通便利，就在高鐵站旁邊走路5分鐘，前台耐心，服務好，尤其到達酒店的時候已經半夜2點鐘，前台還有人值班且服務態度超好。
