Coral Sea Resort & Casino

After years of coming to Coral Seas Resort, I will NEVER stay here again. The Waterfront Villas are overpriced for the "run-down" experience they provide. The room was a maintenance nightmare: a leaking shower, a broken tap, and a bathroom floor that stayed flooded. To top it off, the toilet brush was filthy. Privacy is clearly not a priority here. Housekeeping ignored my "Do Not Disturb" sign and walked right in without knocking. I was disturbed a second time by staff asking when I was checking out. Information they should have easily found at the front desk. Add in some rude interactions with the front desk staff, and the whole experience was a massive letdown. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Decent rooms in a good location. The hotel claims to be a 5 star but is a 3 star level. The restaurant is mediocre at best, the swimming pool is small and located next to the lobby, and the room amenities are poor. The WiFi never worked. Go to the Heritage. It’s similar cost but far superior.

Nice Ala carte breakfast at the cafe. The only thing that I don’t like is they only have queen bed. Towels are abit old. The staff are very nice especially the GM from Malaysia.
