I booked and paid for a transfer from the hotel to the airport well in advance, and waited in the lobby for about an hour. They tried to find out something, but nothing came of it. They sent me and another guest in a regular taxi, which wasn't even allowed to enter the airport grounds. We had to walk (it's not far, but it's a fact).
