The room was spacious and comfortable. There's a gas station in front of the hotel where you can buy groceries. Loaves of bread are very cheap. The client's factory is very close; I walked there in just 14 minutes according to the GPS.

Hotel is ideally situated as a stop over on the way to Cornwall. Stayed there many a times and always had a good experience. My only gripe for this visit is they don’t have enough staff to cope with checking in and serving in the restaurant. When we arrived the self check in was not working and the two staff members were busy in the restaurant. One was aware we were standing there along with other people and was trying to put an order on to the computer. Eventually he stopped what he was doing and came over and checked us in and then asked the other staff member to finish putting the food order on. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and room temp was about right. Refreshed for the journey the next day

We were given room 312 which had a broken air con unit. Which meant we couldn’t use it unless we went to reception to ask them to turn it up or down. By the morning it stopped working altogether but not until the flashing light kept us awake at night. The room was also quite musty and stale smelling. Maybe it’s a room they rarely use. The man on reception was quite dismissive. The woman working in the bar and restaurant was lovely and she is the only reason my review has two stars instead of one.

This Premier Inn was in a great location as we were attending a wedding at Deer Park. The hotel was clean, air conditioned (which was a godsend given the temperature was over 30 degrees) and the staff were friendly, and very helpful. There was nothing to fault - you get what you expect from a Premier Inn when you stay here.

We booked 2 rooms for the last Sunday in June. Despite booking 3 months in advance we were given rooms at the far end of the third floor, as far away from reception/ entrance/restaurant as possible. The gentleman on reception was pleasant enough, but we weren't happy to discover, on the 3rd floor rooms at least, that the window handles had been removed so it was impossible to get any fresh air. Not good for claustrophobics! The footpath from the carpark to reception was overgrown with vegetation which wasn't helpful. Overall, not the best this chain can offer.

Got here late Friday 19 June and got into our room but as we did tidal wave of heat built up in room was over whelming had to go down to desk and they adjusted temperatures for air conditioning in staff room why leave it running so people don’t get heat exhaustion during hot weather warnings cool the rooms as can’t open windows don’t want guests getting ill let them turn air con on in rooms otherwise what’s the point of having air con control panels in rooms I ended up feeling light headed and nearly passing out as heat in rooom too much to bear ridiculous otherwise nice central spot to buy food and drink supplies from m and s outlet and aldis nice young man checked us in Kate last night he was very helpful and checked us in very quickly good nights sleep comfy bed and very clean just leave the air con on in every room during health Albert’s given in heatwave alerts from the met office
