Large room with oven and kitchen set. If you are sensitive about the noise ask for a room at a high floor and away from the road, there are many roadsters around.

Is what to be expected. It’s great if you’re only using it for sleep and store your belongings while you’re in Waikiki. Otherwise most of the reviews are accurate

The location is great! It's near the ABC store. We love it. However, we booked the pool view, at first we thought it's gonna be a glass window that could slide and see the view, but it was not.

You can go to Waikiki beach by walking but i don't recommend this Hotel because it's not clearly🥲

Location was superb. Staff was friendly. But the surrounding was very noisy. Rooms were not sound proof and sleeping tight was quite a issue.

I was very disappointed when I got to my crappy old room...it was so hot in my room!! The a/c was barely working!! So I called the front desk to switch rooms... luckily she called me back and said she had another room for me... the new room wasn't really any better!! The a/c was in the back corner and still I couldn't feel the a/c!! I actually had to go to the back corner to feel a little air conditioned. We pay a lot of money to stay there and there rooms barely have working air conditioned!! We were very hot the whole time we were there!! So my friends and I will never stay there again!! And we will not recommend Waikiki heritage hotel to anyone!! Good luck...

Those who cannot speak English or who are looking for cleanliness should refrain from staying here. The room and especially the bath were completely different from the pictures, and it took courage for me to enter. Also, only the light at the entrance was on, and the bed was wet, so I went to the front desk, but they said they would come later and left it there. I think it would be difficult to stay here if you are a tourist.

The location is convenient and there are food nearby. However, the room is very old and the facilities are relatively old. And you need to pay extra for cleaning every day, and there is no service~

I guess that's about right, but the lack of electrical outlets was particularly inconvenient.

You couldn't tell from the photo, but the room is a hotel that would be suitable for someone who frequently travels to Southeast Asia. The staff didn't speak Japanese, but they were kind enough to translate using an app. However, I was told that I couldn't leave my luggage until check-in at 3pm and it would cost $35. There was a lot of noise in the bathroom, and I could hear voices from the next room, the shower, and the opening and closing of the door, so I woke up every time. He is also sensitive to house dust, so when he goes to bed he sneezes and his nose won't stop running. I thought it was because it was cheap, but it would be better to stay somewhere nicer even if it means spending a little more.

There are a lot of ants. Check out at 11 o'clock. Forgot to bring the key. Fine of 150 US dollars. The deposit has not been returned even though the person left.
